Dave is AMAZING he’s very knowledgeable and explained everything. Dave was very thorough and made sure the blockage was cleared and working properly. Thank you , Thank you, and thank you again. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need a plumber and will definitely ask for Dave.

Jonathan was very efficient and knowledgeable as it was our first cleaning for our new HVAC system. He helped answer any questions we had and pick out the correct filter replacement for our unit. He was also very friendly with our nosey Basset Hounds!

I had a very good experience with Bill Trombly plumbing. I had both Jake and Dave in this morning to fix my finicky toilet. They answered all my questions and got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Both guys were both professional and friendly.
My only question is when looking at the invoice that was e-mailed to me, it says I "could of" saved $19.00 today. Ask your tech. By the time the invoice is mailed to you the techs are gone. Maybe they should say something while they are still at peoples houses.

I called Bill Trombly to quote an electrical outlet install in my main bathroom. One of their electricians, Lee visited, quoted, and installed in the space of a couple of hours. Great work, super nice guy, fast and honest.

Highly recommended for minor jobs and major jobs.

We had Brian S come out from Bill Trombly and he was amazing. Our shower handle broke off in the afternoon and the only thing we could do was shut off the main water. I called and they were able to get a tech out within 30 minutes. Brian arrived and he did an amazing job. He needed to cut into our wall to access the plumbing and he was able to change out the whole fixture. We are so lucky to have called Bill Trombly Plumbing and have Brian come out.

Deep freeze temperatures caused my oil to gel which led to the furnace turning off and not heating the house. Even with space heaters, a section of pipe over my garage froze. Kyle came out and as we were assessing the furnace he went to the truck and saw water pouring out of the area above my garage door. He quickly turned off the water to that section and advised me that the furnace would need to be off until the next day when repairs could be done. He was on time both days and fixed the problem. He gave me advice for prevention should these temperatures again occur. He cleaned up after himself and was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the encounter.

I was tremendously happy with every aspect of my experience with Bill Trombly Plumbing. They showed up when I was told they would despite the snow storm and in a very short time took care of the problem and tested it several times to make sure toilet was functionin properly. Dave and Dylan were on time, very professional and personable. In addition, I found the cost to be very reasonable. I would definetely use them again and highly recommend them. Dave B completed our service to replace a old sump pump and was extremely transparent and efficient. I appreciated his professionalism and the job was done well beyond my expectations. Our experience with Bill Trombly is alway great.

Brian S was energetic, positive and friendly. He was clear in what he was going to do. He was reassuring. He replaced an emergency shut off valve which turned out to be defective (manufacturer's error). He cheerfully put in another hour to take out what he had done and to start over from the beginning. No charge. His attitude remained positive throughout. He was a real spirit-lifter after over a week without a second toilet in the house. We want him to come back. Just to visit!!
