4 Seasons Heating and Cooling

4 Seasons Heating & Cooling did a great job. We knew our AC unit was in need of replacement. Eric worked with me to find a new AC unit that fit our budget, and he offered a solution to actually fix our cooling problem upstairs. Other company's only solution was to spend thousands of dollars on extra equipment that we didn't need. Jason came out to install our new AC on time, he was professional and courteous. Our upstairs cooling problem is fixed, all we needed was an additional return. We are very happy with their service.

We recently had 4 Seasons replace both our furnace and air conditioning. We have a two-story house and had always had uneven cooling due to solar gain. 4 seasons installed a zone system for us and now that we've run both the furnace and AC, I can say that they did an excellent job. They fixed all of our bullet points. We have a much quieter system and the ability to keep our upstairs cool without cranking the AC downstairs. They were on-time, professional throughout, and fixed any little problems we encountered while going through the process.
Edit: We've had our system for a little over 2 years. We had our first issue with our furnace last night. 4 Seasons sent a technician out the today who spent a good amount of time diagnosing and making sure his fix would prevent the problem from recurring. Every step of the way I have found that I'm happy with 4 Seasons. They have honored the contract we made with them when we bought our system and have been wonderfully professional since day 1. Great Job! You've earned a long-term customer.

Alex did a tremendous job and a professional service man. His detailed diagnostics pinpointed the problem, resulting in a 50% lower expense in repairs to another another company quoted the day before. And best, parts where stocked in his truck for Bryant/Day&Night furnaces providing same day repair vs a 7-10 day order cycle for the competitor.

Our furnace was going out on one of the coldest days of the year recently. I was afraid it would take days for anyone to be available but 4 Seasons came through again. Alex was at our house shortly and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours. One of the things they consistently do that I really appreciate, is they take photos as they go along, then they explain what the problem was and exactly what was done to resolve it.
