Eric was thorough in his job and helpful in explaining questions we had in regards to what he was doing. He took lots of pictures to show us what he did, wore booties when in the house, and presented himself professionally. My furnace started to blow cold air. I called and asked them for an appointment and they has Anthony come within the hour. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and honest. It was my 1st time using them and will definitely use them again if needed. Definitely reccomend!

The office sent Eric within 4 hrs of my call. Eric was our service man. He is extremely knowledgeable. So he explained the problem and the solution and went to work. He is so polite, in a positive manner and with big smile.

I called because our a/c was out, someone was here within 45 mins! Polo was very friendly, very professional, very efficient. The other companies I called either didn't call back or didn't call back for hours. We will use 4 Sesons any time we need maintenance or service. Very impressed!

Charged $188.67 for a small capacitor for the AC motor. I found the part on-line in the $20 range. The service man (Anthony) was very nice. He "sort of" cleaned out the AC outside condensor unit but informed me why the debris on the bottom did not clear out. He told me what to do and I cleaned the unit after he left.

Not a good experience, and I felt totally scammed on the price of the small electrical part (the capacitor for the motor).

I will never use 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling again.

Responsive and courteous staff, easy to reach and every team member took the time to explain what to expect with each step. We had our entire system (heating and cooling) replaced and the ductwork resealed. Eric asked lots of questions to be sure he understood our goals and helped us understand our options. They arrived right on time and the installation was flawless. Highly recommend!!!

Alex called and stated he was on his way, he arrived within 10 mins and introduced himself. He got right to work and was diligent in checking everything. He got my heater working promptly, and insured it worked for the time he was there. He also sold me a furnace cleaning and let me know of other ways to make things more efficient. 10 of 10 would recommend Alex
