4 Seasons Heating and Cooling

Our furnace went out so we called a few places to give a bid on the replacement. Polo came and was the most thorough, professional, and the bid was the best value. Not only was it the least expensive, but it had the most extras built in including a great warranty. While we waited for the unit to arrive in town, 4 seasons provided us with some space heaters. I wasn't there for the installation, but my partner was happy with their efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

My A/C unit started tripping the breaker after 10 minutes of running during the recent heat wave. Jef was dispatched out to my home and even showed up a little early. He patiently listened to my observations of the problem and helped diagnose that the capacitor AND the circuit breaker were faulty. Great, professional service!

I was so pleased with how quickly Eric from 4 Seasons could come out to replace one of my thermostats. He found addition issues on my unit and came back next day with items he needed to repair it with. They will be our go to HVAC COMPANY FROM NOW ON. .

Called to see if someone could give me a quote on attic ventilation fan installation. Was told they cannot give a quote for that service over the phone, cannot send someone to my home to give me a quote, and I would need to schedule an appointment. I would be responsible for the full cost after installation but they have no way to give me even a ballpark estimate. I would be stuck with the full cost of the service with no way to know how much the service would cost before they finish the service?

We had a really great experience with 4 Seasons. Their technician was on time, did amazing work and was professional, clean and incredibly nice. I really can't recommend them enough based on our most recent service call!

Eric Deweese was very professional and addressed all my questions, providing information on air filter maintenance to limit allergy issues and next steps to enhance air filtration. He was wonderful!!!

We received prompt and professional service from Alex G. He arrived and got right to work diagnosing the problem and thoroughly explained which motor needed to be replaced and reviewed all the repair costs. He installed the new motor and provided maintenance service quite quickly. I am very pleased with our repair call and was enjoying a warm home again within 2 hours!

Service tech came out on 7/12/22 and quoted 3 prices to fix the A/C with the final price of $1,047 but could not fix the unit. Service tech advised a condenser would be $6k and a credit would be given for work on 7/12/22. New unit at the cost of $8.4k was installed on 7/18/22 but the credit was not given for $1,047. When I called the office, I was told the $8.4k included the credit, so the unit that was to cost $6k ended up costing $9.5k. I would not recommend using 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling unless you are ok with paying an excessive amount over the quote.

We’re very happy with our decision to use 4 Seasons for our a/c install and furnace replacement. Anthony did a great job finding a way to meet our needs and budget, and the install crew was on time and efficient. They’ll have our business for as long as we’re in Reno.

They were on time, friendly, and worked diligently to replace my furnace and AC. They did a great job on the install!

The price was a little high in my opinion, but everything is expensive these days, so I don’t blame them for that.

Overall, very happy with my experience.
