4 Seasons Heating and Cooling

I am writing this review on Bryant AC and Heating. 4 Seasons is a distributor of their products. Bryant AC is a national company that hides from Google reviews by not having a Google Biz Page and hides behind their franchised network. They gave me this vendors info as a way to fix my system. I have a newer Toll Brothers home and the system went out after 7 years and they won't cover it because I'm a second owner. My HVAC company tells me that this is a regular issue with Bryant. My comments here are...don't BUY a Bryant system. They build inferior products and don't stand behind them.

I live in Northern CA but have a rental property in Reno and have used 4 Seasons a few times, all with exceptional results. They are extremely responsive, always on time, have a very knowledgeable staff, are thorough, fair, and easy to work with being remote. They just finished replacing my furnace, again a quality job. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend 4 Seasons! So far my interactions with every member of their team have been nothing short of superb. Pam was incredibly kind and efficient with scheduling an appointment for an estimate. Polo called on his way to the appt, arrived within the estimated time window, was incredibly thorough with his inspection, thoughtful with his recommendations and respectful. Beyond the wonderful customer service, the bids were competitive and the warranty was the best I have seen. While our new system has not been installed yet, I expect it will be a great experience and a quality appliance!

Eric D. was prompt and professional in the appointments to fix my furnace. He tried every option possible to make sure I can have heat again in my house. When it came down to having to buy a new furnace, Eric and his team were very helpful and now i’m getting a new furnace tomorrow!

Eric was fantastic, what a polite young man, he explained things so well, lm very grateful for his service and he was nice eye candy for this old lady, l would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a professional service technician.

We hired 4 Seasons to install a new gas furnace and add an AC to our house. They did a great job, installed it quickly and followed up with us. A month later, the thermostat had a strange intermittent failure. They replaced it that day with no issue.

The owner (MIke) and the various technicians are exemplary and demonstrate a high degree of technical ability and work ethic. I feel confidant that by them performing preventative maintenance twice a year, my HVAC system will last as long as possible. They are always prompt, reliable, courteous, and professional!

Jef was on time and did a professional job. He found a couple capacitors that were going bad and replaced them. He did a thorough cleaning of both my units and replaced the fillters. He checked all of the ductwork and floor registers, then verified that both systems are cooling properly.

I will be recommending 4 Seasons to my friends.

I called Saturday and they came Saturday within the window time frame they declared. Our AC unit went out and didn't produce cold air and Polo worked hard to replace our fan and I can't remember what else. It works great now and we are so thankful! Great service, respectful, and timely. You'll be glad you called them.. I know we were.

Our technician Anthony arrived at our residence within a half hour. He checked our AC and electrical wiring and found the trouble quickly and fixed the problems right away. His knowledge of AC and electrical machines was thorough and professional.He answered all of our questions satisfactorily. He put us at ease by his manner and he also went beyond his duties and cleaned our AC unit out at no extra cost. When he called his boss he was told to install and extra part in the AC to help prevent further trouble. We were not charged for these parts nor the labor cost. I would highly recommend this company and this technician for all they've done for us.
