Eric arrived right on time. He was professional the entire repair visit. He answered my questions and explained in a way I could understand as I’m not in HVAC. The work was completed in an hour with having the needed parts in the van. He went through my house checking each area to be sure the a/c could be felt in each room. He explained the charges before working and allowed me to make informed decisions. I loved that he wore booties in my house without being asked (I’d just had the carpet cleaned the day before). There was no unnecessary chit chat - totally professional yet friendly, personable, just great!!!! I would definitely call this service again for any HVAC needs!!!

Erik was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has done work for us before and each time was awesome We appreciate it. We set up the maintenance schedule. Erik called his scheduler on his phone so that I could make our appt for maintance repairs and or just checking the system. We had them come out the day before Thanksgiving to fix our heater, I was not able to find anyone else available. It saved our family Thanksgiving. Thanks again for a wonderful company for always getting us in , in such a timely manor, when the temps are 105 and we are without air.

We switched to 4 Seasons after they were able to respond quicker than their competitor, even though we paid to be in the competitor's "Comfort Club" that supposedly got us a quick response. What's more, the problem 4 Seasons responded to was caused by our "Comfort Club" vendor when they did the spring service on our A/C system and forgot to turn on the circuit breaker when they were done. The Comfort Club vendor was also really slow to respond to requests for quotes for a new system. OK, that's why the other guys got dropped. We picked 4 Seasons because they were responsive to both the service request and requests for quotes, helpful in discussing and quoting various options, and pleasant to deal with. Oh, they are also authorized Bryant dealers and offered financing on this big ticket item. 4 Seasons worked with us to install it ASAP, before the old system completely gave out, and were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. The new system is working well.

I highly recommend 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling. Eric was here and hour after I called. He immediately found the problem and was very professional. Since I moved into my new home, 4 Seasons has installed a new furnace, humidifier, air conditioner, insulation in the attic and have cleaned the air ducts. They are dependable and trustworthy.

You can probably find a cheaper price, but you get what you pay for. We had our old furnace replaced and AC added. Fairly extensive job that required skilled people. They also offered insulation and attic cooling, which will improve the AC efficiency. My cheaper bids didn't include duct repairs or cleaning. 4 Seasons took care of all of these things to ensure a top performing system. Best warranty around as well. Finally, they took the time to make sure everything was done right. Completely happy with their work.

Their technician Steven was incredibly professional, punctual, thorough and friendly. 4 seasons should feel confident they have a solid employee representing their company. Polo and Steven were awesome! Communicated with me and were actually ahead of schedule. I called last minute to get a same day appointment and everyone from the front desk (Pam) to the technicians were amazing! We will definitely be using this company in our new home.
