4 Seasons Heating and Cooling

4 Seasons came out last year because my AC wasn't cooling the house. They determined it must be a leak in the line set and replaced it. Same thing happened again this year. The tech came out and is unable to locate the leak. He was the same tech that came out last year and remembered they couldn't find the leak so it was determined it must have been in the line set. Spent $2300 last year to replace the line set. Once again, he can't locate the leak. In addition to the $165 for today's visit, they now want to charge almost $1K to do a pressure test which should have been done last year but wasn't. Only IF the leak is found to be in the line set will they waive the charge.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are honest. They are dependable. They are what a business should strive to be. Thank you to everyone at 4 Seasons. I know you guys are changing your name but please don't change how you do business. You have a forever customer. I will recommend you to everyone that needs ANY HVAC repair / installation done.

Jef was amazing! Super polite and friendly. He came and fix the problem right away. Super nice guy great customer service and was very respectful to the house and me. Would recommend this company for sure. I hope I can request the Jef come out and do the maintenance on my heater and AC. He was amazing all around.

4 Seasons is a top notch company that truly cares about their customers. We had a whole new Heating and cooling system installed and didn’t have to wait weeks to get it done, they had us scheduled only days later, and we knew exactly when they were coming. The guys did a professional job and did exactly what was expected. They cleaned up everything they brought. I would highly recommend their services.

Just had my spring service for my ac done with same day service. Very impressed. Found a few issues and had them fixed in 2 days. Great service on time and couldn't be happier.

We called when the heater stopped working. They were able to make it out to the property within 1 hour of our initial call! Danielle who assisted in scheduling the appointment was friendly and quick in getting a service rep to us. Anthony was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and understanding to our choices in services to be completed. He called and texted 30 minutes before coming over. Would recommend this company to others needing HVAC service.

Although I didn’t end up choosing 4 Seasons due to cost, I want to leave a wonderful review for their responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service. I was getting quotes for a replacement furnace and AC and Polo was able to have a technician, Steven, out early the next day. Steven called me and the tenant to let us know he was on the way and sent a text as well. After he was done he called to let me know that an estimate was emailed to me, which was extremely thorough and had plenty of pictures. Also, another perk they mentioned was having two years of servicing (two visits per year) afterward included with the service. Unfortunately the cost was out of my budget compared to a different company contracted with my home warranty. I’d highly recommend contacting them if you need someone FAST and professional.

We were very satisfied with our service from four seasons. Very professional crew. They installed both our heater and our air conditioning at the same time in a timely manner.

Heater went out right before a big snow and 4 seasons came out within an hour to diagnose and fix it. The service member also made sure to clean the house thoroughly with our vacuum too. I’d highly recommend them!

Steve was great. We’ve been trying for 2 years to get our thermostat where I could control it from my phone and he’s the only one that’s been able to make it happen. He also discovered there was a problem with one of the vents and fixed it for me.
