Jailyne was efficient, friendly and professional for A/C tune-up. Good clean uniform that indicated who she was and the company she represented. She was polite and put clean booties over her shoes.

Furnace install was quick with quality workmanship. Crew was on time and courteous. The new furnace stopped working in last wind storm due to wind safety measures within the heating unit. Jason and Robby fixed me up quicky which I apperciated because of the cold weather. Jason had me up and running within 45 minutes. Thanks Jason! Robbby quickly facilitated the service which is much appreciated!. I have and will recommend 4 seasons to anyone who has a HVAC issue. They treat you right!

I called 4 Seasons to get a bid for replacing the AC system in my in-laws home. The service tech, Polo, arrived on time, and even called to let me know he was on the way!
He was very courteous, professional and did his best to provide me with an estimate for exactly what I wanted !
The price was reasonable and the installation will be done a few weeks.
I will update my review once the installation is completed.

Repairman Anthony is an outstanding rep for Four Seasons. Showed me all that was wrong with my HVAC, showed the part that needed to be replaced and all charges. He did a great job. Very informative. Had him when I had issues with my heating system.

We had the same positive results as many other customers have testified to. I was an electrical contractor for over 30 years and need to feel good about a company before signing a contract. The testimonials of 4 Seasons customer’s was a good start. We received a fair estimate for the replacement of 2 furnaces and 2 new air conditioning units. This was a challenging job with not much extra space in our furnace room. They also reworked the ducting to make the new system quieter and more efficient. We opted for multi stage equipment from Bryant. Bottom line, we are more than pleased with the results. Thanks to Polo, Robbie, Reese, Nick, Jason and the office staff for providing the highest level of performance.

I spoke to a friendly associate, who was able to get a repairman to the house the next day, during a heat wave. He was able to fix my AC on the spot. It couldn’t have gone smoother or faster. I’d definitely recommend and use these guys again.

Eric was my technician. He was very polite and very professional. He did explain everything to me and told me what he would do to try to fix the problem with my ac and he even explained what I can and can't expect from the system I have. He got right on the phone and we scheduled the time for repairs. 4 Seasons have been great thus far and I believe they will be a pleasure to work with to get the job done. First impressions are big in my book and Pam got this company off to a great start for me. Eric followed up with his excellent service.

I cannot say enough about you all. From the first phone call when I was looking for someone to give me a quote to the installation the responsiveness and customer service was outstanding. I had called 5 places total and you were the only ones who cared and returned my call.The front office ladies (I wish I could remember everyone’s name) to Polo to Reese, Nick and Steven answered all of our questions, listened to everything that we said and recommended products based on what we said. Polo took time to check over our house, even crawling under the house before giving us three quotes. He listened to everything we were concerned about (mostly me) and explained it all to us so we could make an educated decision. The installation was quick and the gentlemen were professional through the process. Thank you for crawling under the house, removing our old swamp cooler, installing a great furnace and adding a/c along with an air purifier and a zone system. Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough, but we look forward to you servicing our new system for years to come.

Very nice tech here for Fall maintenance on ac/heating unit installed June 2022. I mentioned air filters and the fact that after paying $$$$$ for this unit they did not give me even one extra filter. He said they usually leave 3 filters with new install. But NO. They did not. Not good customer relations in this case.
