Many contractors are abrupt and act like they're doing you a favor to do work for you. I found just the opposite with this company. NRS is professional and goes out of the way to make you happy. The last company came and told me my air conditioner was not up to code shut it off and said it needed to be replaced. Nrs was honest and looked at it and said it was old but there was nothing wrong it. Guess who I'm going to use when it comes time for replacement.
