Had an AC breakdown. Scheduling an appointment was pretty easy. Nevada Residential Services manager was kind and caring, he estimated arrival of one of their AC repair specialists on a same day between 4 and 6pm. The technician came at 4:45 and he was great, professional and courteous, took time to explain everything and made sure to double check that everything was running as it should. I am very happy with the service that was provided!

Amazing team. Hired Nevada Resiedntial Services to install a mini split at my second home in Summerlin. Timur and his team were very organized. Everything was done perfectly from start to finish. Installation was very professional. Love my new mini splits, so much better then the old window units. The price for a mini split installation was very reasonable. Best wishes and 5 stars from me.

We had an excellent experience with Residential Services; initially, there was some miscommunication regarding financing, but Residential Services followed through as discussed. We had our full HVAC system replaced (2 a/c units and furnace in attic) for a very reasonable price, and we were consistently updated on parts/scheduling. One of the a/c units came with a defective part - Residential Services advised they would soon replace the part and did so within a week, even though the work was done in winter. We also had a great experience with the handyman sent out to patch up the walls after new thermostat installation (wifi thermostats, brand new, included in the installation). He was also sent out within a week. In sum, I highly recommend using Residential Services for your HVAC needs.
