Great Customer Service and exelent work on the installation of a new Heat Pump. After doing so much research I decided to go with Nevada Residential Services Air Conditioning & Heating. I very satisfied with my new HVAC system. Timur kept us well informed at every stage of the process. The guys have everything, equipment, specialists, tools. All are well trained. New air conditioning and heating system is working perfectly and smoothly. I would recommend!

Amazing HVAC contractor! The tech performed inspection and routine maintenance on my Trane HVAC system. He was very attentive and meticulous. I was pleased with the service and also his knowledge level. Not only did he serve the unit but also he gave me a thorough explanation as to what was wrong with the furnace and suggested various options to correct the problem. In the end he provided tips to keep the unit running smoothly and efficiently. Would recommend their services to other people.

Hired this company to repair my rooftop air conditioner. Overall excellent experience. Very professional technicians, clean, fair, and most importantly they didn't try to sell me AC replacement or other things I did not need. Thank you guys for the quick response! Last week we had an issue with our ac unit... It stopped heating our house as it did before for no apparent reason. Well, at least we thought there was no reason for it. I called NRS, because they had already proved to provide reliable services, so we didn't have to spend time looking for the right hvac company. The technician from NRS identified the cause of the malfunction — the outdoor unit was full of leaves, dirt and all that... We somehow put off the ac maintenance before the beginning of fall and that was how it ended up. But happily, the technician cleaned the outdoor unit, checked the operation of the unit and reminded us again of how often we should schedule ac maintenance in order to avoid this kind of failures. Thank you! You're professional, as always!

I asked for help with an air conditioner repair. NRS Technician came in time, as it was scheduled. Very professional and skilled guy. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what was needed to fix it. I was always kept informed of progress and of unexpected things. My AC started to blow warm air. It became terribly stuffy in the house and I began to feel really bad. In a hurry, I started looking for a company that would help me. Several companies offered to send their people to me only the next day, or even after 2-3 days, but such options did not suit me at all. Luckily I called NRS and they were able to get a service technician out to me within less than 5 hours in the middle of the working day. 40 minutes before arriving, they called me back and informed me that they were already on their way. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of response and the quality of AC Repair services that they provided. It saved my day. Thanks a lot for your timely help guys!
