I can't even express my gratitude to the plumbers from Nevada Residential Services! When we had an issue with the pipes in the bathroom and called the company late in the evening, they came to our place, repaired the failure and saved our bathroom. Plumbing problems are not something any of us would like to have in the middle of the night, but even if it happened, I'd recommend these guys to anyone who needs emergency plumbing services!

I cannot recommend Nevada Residential Services enough. We had a major incident with our old system and Charlie came out the very next morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional providing a temporary fix while we evaluated their quote for a new system. We had a new system installed and working before the week end. Their service is faultless and the work extremely clean. Thank you!

Nevada Residential Services Air Conditioning is by far the best servicer in Las Vegas. I had a broken first floor unit issue and the whole unit needed to be replaced. They found a comparable unit at a fair price and provided me with great savings, compared to other providers.

Their technicians are exceptional in their knowledge, efficient in their work, and very friendly, congenial and professional.

I was very happy with the air conditioner repair service here. The managers respond lightning fast and ask about important details like convenient time, AC brand and model and “symptoms” of a malfunction. One of the specialists arrives and carries out the diagnostics to identify the breakdown and the reasons for it. And after the repair itself, he checks whether the air conditioner works properly.

In June 2021, there was one weekend where there was record breaking heat. That Friday night was when we discovered that our old AC was broken. :( Our whole family slept downstairs and suffered through the night. Everything in the house was warm, including counters and staircase railings! It was pretty brutal. We called several AC repair companies the next morning and had a hard time getting an appointment that day. We were also quoted very high prices for a new unit. We were not prepared to all of a sudden spend that kind of money. Luckily, we got an appointment with NRS and they were wonderful from start to finish! The tech told us about a returned 1 year old AC unit (the previous owner wanted to upgrade) that was available for a very affordable price, esp. compared to the other quotes we received. NRS installed it that Saturday and we were back to living in comfortable temperatures. They really saved us, so thank you again! It's November 2022 and the unit is still working great!

We used Nevada Residential Services to replace our air conditioning unit both inside and outside. The workers were very capable, caring, careful and kind. Thanks for all your help. We will use them again when our second air conditioning unit needs to be replaced.

Pleased with this company! They were able to make it out in a timely manner. The work time was quoted 6-8 hours, to install a new indoor and outdoor units; they arrived, worked, finished, cleaned, and left in 4.5 hours. Very friendly and professional work crew. I was also relieved that they arrived with boot covers and plastic covering to up and down the steps/carpeted areas. Would recommend it!
