I was very disappointed this morning. Evolve sent their service person out quickly. He said the machine was not cooling but they couldn't work on it because another company had previously worked on it and put in a different coolant. That's a first for me. How can you not work on a machine that has been on by worked on by someone else?? And then they charged me a fee for telling me that. Its so very hot, have a little compassion. I never had a problem with them in the past.

We had a different company come out and tried to charge my elderly mother 14k for a whole new unit. I had Mike from Evolve come out and he fixed everything in 30 minutes for just a tune-up fee! Mike will from now on be my only A/C person! So professional, nice and HONEST! Thank you sooo much you guys are awesome!!!!

If you want a company that works FOR you with YOUR best interest in mind, call EVOLVE SERVICES. Mark has always been our best A/C repairman when I was in the restaurant business, and he and his constituents are just as great with residential as well.

They have always been on time and fairly priced, but even better is their quality of workmanship.

I would like to add that the office receptionists/workers are also very cordial and amiable. Means a lot in the business world because I've dealt with some very unpleasant receptionists over the years who stopped us from hiring a company.

Jill was especially endearing! She made my day better just having a laugh with me when we spoke.

Evolve Services is always great to work with. Michael was my technician today and I appreciate is friendliness and just up front honestly. He explained everything to me for reviewing my AC units as I had them checked prior to the summer season. Just a really great guy and it seems to be the theme at Evolve as everyone has always been so amazing, and so honest. I will continue to recommend them to everyone and anyone I know. Exceptionally knowledgeable and great to deal with. Mark is the best. Don’t waste your time calling other sources or contractors Evolve is a top professional who has done two complicated jobs over the last 6 months. I trust him and Evolve and am confident instead of hopeful when I call them.

My A/C was blowing hot air all night - called Evolve first thing in the morning & they sent Kevin out right away & fixed the problem. Great service!

We called for a second opinion on our AC and they sent out a tech named Jonathan. He was courteous, keep me well informed and worked efficiently. They gave me a time frame of 11am -1pm, they texted me at 10:55am that they were on their way, AMAZING! Then I received a call from Jill in the office to make sure I received the text. Awesome customer service!

The guys that came out from Evolve to perform my duct cleaning were extremely professional and thorough. Anthony was very respectful of my home and took care to ensure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. They used plastic to cover all of my surfaces in my kitchen as well as my furniture while they were performing the duct cleaning. The results are outstanding! We bought our home 3 years ago and have never had the ducts cleaned. Goodness knows when they were cleaned before that, or if they were clean before that. There's a definite difference in the air quality. Thank you so much to Mark and his team at Evolve.
