I like that the technicians listen to me and didn't try to SELL me on upgrades. I also LOVED that they introduced themselves and handed me a business card when I answered the door. Was super excited when the tech put on booties to walk in my house. Office staff IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EVER! Always happy and helpful.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIORITY SERVICES!!!!

The technician who came out was Rick Hatcher, came on strong like your best friend, very helpful and totally honest. Looked at the warranty for the air conditioner and told me to go with the company that installed it. The company that installed it fixed it with no guarantee. Like they put a very expensive bandaid on it, but was less than what Rick quoted. If the repair doesn't work I will call Rick in a heart beat.

Shaun and Eric showed up on time even earlier on the first day! We had already had 3 people look at our problem and finally decided to go with a professional because the problem was in the line in the wall. Priority tried a few things that didn't work but promised to be back the next day with not only one plan but two. Thankfully on the second day they got it to work with the cheaper option. Very nice guys. Thanks for fixing my husband's throne. :)

Just want to give notice to one of Priority Services Technicians. My car quit on me today, stranded in traffic trying get the vehicle out of the Bobby Garcia stopped his day to lend a hand. I wish there were more people like this. Good looking out

Bobby Garcia, was fantastic, he arrived early, asked me what did i need and I explained my problem with the heater, and he got to work immediately. He diagnosed the problem, informed that he had to get the parts and would come right back and installed vinter motor. He did everything professionally, and with extreme competence. If you need help with your AC or heater call Priortiy Services and ask for Bobby !!!

Replaced old water heater. Office was able to set up same day service. Tech Shawn was outstanding, great personality and excellent work skills. Super efficient job. Thanks!

I'm glad I called this company for my heater repair. I originally called in to ask a few questions and instead of being a call center, I talked with a receptionist that cared enough to put me on the phone with a real technician to answer my questions. They were extremely professional, insightful and knowledgeable.. and on time!! I highly recommend this company. Will use again in the future.

Shawn was awesome! This is actually the second time he has been here to service something at our home. Every member of the team knew their job.
They were never to busy to answer questions.
When the job was done, their entire work areas where cleaned, there was no trash.
