Fetch-A-Tech

Your tech told my wife that the air filters we are using are not good because there is a gap. He said that the paper ones from Home Depot are best for us. Up until last year we always used the ones from Home Depot. Your tech convinced us to buy the ones we have now from you. They were expensive. If they’re no good then we feel that we got screwed by your tech. He probably didn’t know that we bought them from you. I wasn’t there when the tech showed up so I couldn’t discuss this issue with him directly. I want some action. Probably my money back

I was first introduced to Priority Services through a home warranty company I used to do business with. Priority was one of their contractors at the time and they came through with flying colors. It was an excellent experience and my furnace was repaired the same day. Soon after, I called them again for some service needed on my A/C. They told me they were no longer contractors for that company & I told them that I didn't care. I still wanted them to do the work. I already knew the caliber of their work and I've been using them ever since. They have been taking care of all the annual preventative maintenance on my A/C, HVAC and water heater since about 2011. I could not be happier with this company. Each & every one of the technicians have been on time & they also call me before they arrive. Every one of them are very professional, personable & thorough. They answer all of my questions so even I, a senior female, can understand what needs to be done. Stan came to my home today & went over my A/C with a fine tooth comb. I feel a whole lot safer going into the heart of the summer in Las Vegas. I would not consider calling anyone else to inspect or repair my A/C, HVAC or plumbing. They catch things early before they can become major problems for me. Even Heidi, in the office, has the patience of a saint. Call them. You will not be disappointed. :-)

My Aunt was having issues with her A.C. unit she called another Company to come look at it and almost immediately after arriving they recommended replacing the unit. Something was off about the Tech and so she decided to call another company. Bobby Garcia our Service Tech came out to the house and thoroughly looked over the unit. He gave us his honest opinion about it and after some consideration we decided to fix it. Not only did he check it he also fixed it. He found 2 issues with the unit and fixed them on the spot. Ever since, it has been running like a champ!! We definitely know who to call when we have issues and when it does come time to replace the unit we already have our company Priority Services.

Had just moved and had the worst issues with our master bathroom and kitchen plumbing. Called Priority and not only were they able to come out the same day, but the prices were fair and the guys that came could not have been sweeter and fixed the problem quicker than I expected! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them!

WONDERFUL service!!! It's so hard to find reputable companies in Las Vegas. When I called to schedule the appointment, the girl was so nice, well informed and worked with my schedule. James, the plumbing technician was prompt, very kind and professional. He even played fetch with my dog a couple times. He reviewed my plumbing issues and walked me through all the services he was going to do prior to starting. He recommended the PMA (platinum membership agreement) so I could save money right away. I had NO problem signing up. My gut told me right away this is a great company and would absolutely be getting PEACE OF MIND. Quick and accurate service was performed. I definitely recommend Priority Services of Las Vegas :)

Their NAME SAYS IT ALL...I was their PRIORITY!!!!!!! I was having a problem with my kitchen faucet water pressure. The tech came (within the appointment time frame), I explained the problem and he knew EXACTLY what was wrong. It wasn't possible to salvage the existing faucet so he installed a new one, a fancy one at that! He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Another major plus is that he was neat and fast! I can't thank Priority Services enough for the service I was provided - THANK YOU ! If I ever need plumbing or rooter service in the future, I will DEFINITELY call PRIORITY SERVICES.

Awesome, Amazing, Honest, Considerate, Competitive Pricing, willingness to work around your schedule, are just a few things that come to mind when dealing with Priority Services Air conditioning & Heating. I’ve tried many companies in the 15 years I’ve owned my home But, hands down in the last 4 years since I called them I’ll never go anywhere else again. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We recently had a foundation leak at our home and had Priority Services of Las Vegas do the repairs. The plumber, James Beel was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. He repaired the damage in a timely matter with respect and care to our home at all times. Priority Services was dispatched through our home warranty program. We had some reservations since we have had bad experiences with other plumbing companies that our home warranty company has sent out in the past. We were very happy with the service provided by James and Priority Services and will definitely call them for any future plumbing services.

I set up a time to have someone come and give me an estimate the time frame was between 10-12. . They didn't call or show up. When I called they explained there was an emergency and he would be late. I got no calls afterwards.
