Really good company and often is at my house within a couple hours of calling. Had some plumbing issues the other day, Eric came out to help us. I will always recommend you ask for him as he is very conscientious and pleasant. He answered all my questions with a smile.
Water heater went out. Called Priority Services and within 1hr 15 mins Shawn arrived. He replaced the water heater and did an excellent job. He explained that I needed a drip pan under the water heater and made a trip to Home Depot to get one. He was very professional and cleaned up after his work. Thank you Shawn, Gene K
Had 3 companies look at the clogged sewer line problem. Jason was the only one who had the proper tools to give me an accurate assessment of the totality of the problem up front. Others were so far off I couldn't even begin to tell you. Jason's estimate was very fair for the work they had to do and he got it done in a very professional manner. If you have to choose, choose Jason & Priority Services!
I recently had a plumbing issue with my jetted tub. Priority Services of Las Vegas were quick and personable. They were quick to respond and efficient with my repairs. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and will keep them in mind if I ever have ac issues.
f you ever find yourself in need of air-conditioning or other HVAC services, do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT use Priority Services.
We hired them to install a new air conditioner and furnace at a cost of $7,900. When they were up in the attic, the techs failed to properly tighten a fitting that caused a leak that left three long streaks in our kitchen ceiling. We had to wait a week for the ceiling to dry, then when they sent out the paint crew they use, they failed to remedy the problem. The painters had to came out FOUR times—a massive inconvenience, as you can imagine—and you can still see the streaks. Priority Services’ GM told me, “We’ve done all we can do,” and put it on me to find a third party to come and fix THEIR mistake.
Given the inconvenience, including lost work time over four different days, I inquired about financial compensation (again, we gave them $7,900 in business). Not only did the owner flat-out refuse to give us a dime—when I asked the GM the owner’s reasoning, he said, “Because he doesn’t want to”—but the coward won’t even take my call.
In 24 years living in the Las Vegas Valley, this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Again, I encourage you to stay far, far away from Priority Services—and recommend you tell your friends the same.
Our son had issues with his air conditioner unit as we thought their was a break in the line. we contacted Priority Services and Stan Marheeka was dispatched to work on the unit. He had to reconfigure a new line which ran through the garage house and unit. Everything was completed in a timely manner and after he left a few days later we discovered a leak in the garage. we did not use Priority Services for the installation of the new unit and I deeply regret that. The individual who did the new unit failed to level the unit in the garage and we were having a leak. I again contacted Priority Services and Stan came out this week. It took him a little over an hour to discover that not only the unit was not level but that the overflow was not draining properly and was dropping into the duct. In another couple of days we would have had water damage in the home. Stan found the issue shut down the unit and ordered all of the parts. He returned yesterday August 8th. to do the repairs. He brought an assistant and repaired all of the equipment along with running a new drainage for the system. My son and I were very impressed with the way he handled the situation even though another vendor was responsible for some of the problems. Stan is an asset to his profession and to Priority Services and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance. It was expensive for the repairs but I do believe that they were as reasonable as possible and did an excellent job.
Eric came for our scheduled plumbing check-up where he found several issues unfortunately. We talked about the issues and decided that we would have to tackle the worst first. He was so polite and informative, what a great personality. I will not consider anyone else for our plumbing needs. Thank you so much Eric.
A couple of weeks ago, our A/C did not come on in the morning. The breaker had tripped during the night. I re-set the breaker, and I called Priority Services. Despite their busy schedule, I had a service tech at the door in an hour. He checked out the unit, and found no problems. Everything is working fine.
We have been with Priority Services for over 5 years. We rely on their services for A/C and plumbing inspection and maintenance. Having their maintenance agreement is a minimal cost for the peace of mind knowing they will be there when I call.
Called them at 6:30 AM, left a message about AC out. Had return call at 7:12 AM, techs arrived & repaired unit and had cold air by 11:45 AM. Techs very polite & knowledgeable, didn’t try to sell me unnecessary new unit like some another companies do. Highly recommend this company.
Priority Services is the place to go if you need honest technicians with the skills to handle repairs and installations properly for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. It's nice to have it all covered with a go to place. I have dealt with other companies here in Las Vegas that have been less than honest and you get ripped off. These guys are the real deal.
