We've used Priority for at least 5 years now. Excellent service, helpful staff and always a good result. I'd highly recommend them. Their service contract agreement is great too - we have someone come out 2 x per year to check our AC and heating unit to ensure they are functioning properly. Great service!
I've been using Priority Services for close to 9 years. They have always been on time and very courteous when in my home and very informative of what the status of my equipment is after they have completed the checkup.
I would suggest anyone needing HVAC work or routine checks of their plumbing, which they now offer, use their services. I myself have elected to signup for their maintenance plan which saves quite a bit because of the service that is provided in the maintenance plan, two checkup a year (fall and spring).
I made a phone call to this operation and got a call center. I wasn't sure if they had outsourced it or not but they were friendly to start. Then they asked for $25 bucks for a service call visit. Most companies don't charge for a service call. The lady assured me that I'd have a $50 credit on any work done if they did the work. I asked them for an hourly rate and they said they didn't have one.
So then i was put on hold and the owner Dan Taylor got on the call. He was rude, brash, and defensive. He argued that no person in this business would ever ask for an hourly rate. i mentioned most folks don't charge for a service call. I asked him for some info on some of his flat rates and if they were published. He would not disclose the list but we went through some examples
We scheduled an appointment and 30 minutes later, his team called to cancel the order. He said he had the right to refuse service to anyone. He does have that right but I've sill been pre-authorized for $25.
This company is rude, the previous reviews follow a similar pattern of bad service, arrogant attitude by an owner, despite friendly and nice front office phone people. Buyer beware!
Brand new air conditioner they installed didn't work. But wait, you ask, isn't this a 5 star review? Yes it is. When you judge a company you should be most critical when they fail and how they deal with stress. I've been working with another company, trying to fix my ac for over a month. Finally we went with Priority Services and they quickly diagnosed the problem and we installed a new ac unit. The whole time they took photos of the parts that were failing, informed me of how the unit was problematic, and then went about the replacement.
When the new unit was installed, it kept freezing over before it could even cool the house. So they came out the next day, on a Saturday, to fix it. Spot welded, examined the blower, the regulator, and did everything they could to make the fix. Their professionalism was on point. In this whole process I got to meet 5 of their staff and all of them treated me with respect. To me the most important part was their transparency. They made very clear what they thought the issues were, took photos, shared them with me, explained what they were doing/ how they were fixing, and offered me several options. They asked if they could come back on Monday with a new part and when I told them I was working they said, "well we certainly can't let you go that long without ac... I'll find a way to make it work today." He called his boss, who came down, and we had a fix in 2 hours.
These are honest, hard working men (possibly women as well, I just didn't have any on my fix ;) ). Everyone is going to make a mistake- but their ability to remain steadfast, fix a problem, and go out of their way for their customers has me giving them 5 stars. I will certainly work with them again.
Worst company ever. I was referred to this company thinking they were great! NOT! I needed a new capacitor.. they quoted me around $700. I was relieved I didn't have to replace the whole unit but thought the price was steep. The technician did say he would give me a price of around 300 if i would sign up for a service contract for 2yrs at 20 dollars a month. I agreed!! They came out 3times and everytime there was something wrong. Said i needed a new water heater.. not true! The last guy who came out for regular service on my contract, was arrogant and shut off my gas to the heater. He said i had cracked heat exchanger! I went for 3 weeks freezing buying 3 space heaters to help. This guy was trying to sell me a new unit said mine was unsafe and shut it off. I had an experienced hvac guy come yesterday... I DON'T NEED A NEW HEATER. THE FLAME WAS JUST TURNED UP TOO HIGH!!! Now I'm believing that this was done on purpose. I called the owner Mike.. NO empathy what soever, he tried to blame me saying you can't just adjust the flame..WHAT? My Heater works perfectly now.. no flame flying out..no cracked heat exchanger!! I'm a single woman... buyers beware!!!!!!
Shaun Neill was pleasant, friendly, thorough and was able to diagnose the problems we had. He reviewed our options with us and did the necessary repair work quickly and efficiently. We would love to had him back in our home.
It has been a process trying to decide what Airconditioner units to purchase and what brand to go with. We finally did and we had a few bids ... one with Costco affilitation, and then we had "Priority Services". It was a lot of money to replace the entire Heating and Airconditioners!
But in the end we went with "Priority Services", because we had Jason Henderson @ Priority Services spent a lot of time with us and answered our concerns and technical questions. He is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable with Lennox. If Jason had not stayed on course with our concerns and addressed the quality of their services, and how they stood behind their workmanship. We were also staring at the huge price, in the end he also made a business decision that caused us to retire our still working units. He gave us a great deal! We would have gone with the other company. Great business sense Jason!
We just had the units installed yesterday and today the technitions are still doing final touches. We wanted to give Jason Henderson a good word. He's definitely a good business man and a major asset to Priority Services. Thank you Jason for giving good service and honest service we can trust. Thank you Priority Services for hiring good people.
We would feel very comfortable recommending "Priority Services of Las Vegas" to our community!
Our heating unit suddenly stopped working. Our technician was Bobby Garcia. He came out and had us back up in no time at all. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I definitely would use them again.
Bobby Garcia was my mother in-laws technician. She had an old system, so we were planning on purchasing a new unit. Bobby showed us that her furnace was outdated and needed to be replaced as well. Both the a/c and furnace were costing us more money than we should be spending. Bobby educated us on how we can save money with an energy efficient system. Out of three bids Priority Services was our most reasonable option. When Bobby returned the process was professionally done and was completed in a manageable manner. The updates were amazing. From the wi-fi thermostat to a much cheaper electricity bill. Thank you.
Woke up on a Monday and saw my water heater had crapped out on me. Called at 8am, had a plumber here by 9am. Installed and hauled away old one, and new one came with a warranty. Came home from work and saw that new water heater was leaking from pipe connection. Called Priority at 600pm. Had the same plumber show up at 620pm, fixed the water pipe connection, apologized profusely. Very happy with their service and products! They also scheduled the inspection and pulled the permit for me.
