APC goes over and above helping out the DIY customer diagnose and fix HVAC problems. Eric has been helping me fix my Bryant Furnace fan blower for the past two days. I’m saving around $1500 in labor fixing it myself with help and guidance from APC. These guys are awesome!

I had an overheated air conditioner fan motor that wouldn't spin. I don't know if it was the solenoid not starting the fan or the old rusty motor so I took them both in. JV was my salesman/tech. He picked out the right motor for me which had a 5 ohms instead of my original 3 ohms solenoid to match. He took the plug from my old fan and rewired it to the new fan motor so I didn't have to do any wiring. Then he cut off the extra fan shaft so it wouldn't hit the compressor when I reinstall. Then he switched the fan direction correctly. Then took the old fan blades of and installed them on the new motor shaft.
I am home now and put it all back together in 30 minutes. I had to get a big hose clamp to hold the solenoid in place because the new one was a little skinnier, but its all back running quiet and blowing ice cold. JV...I don't know if you are the owner, but you sure acted like it. Thank you for your help. My wife thinks I am a hero even though it's not July.. she can't sleep without AC. It should be a good Halloween night for me 😉
Ps. The fan motor was about the same price as Amazon but I would have probably bought the wrong solenoid to go with it. $140.88 and a couple hours work to save $1000+ dollars...I'll take that deal every time.

Just to let you know Dr Don and his crew were exceptional. After an ideal installation and duct work that was lacking in some of my rooms from the basic design of our home, they got everything upgraded that my rooms are more comfortable than they have been since we moved her 20 years ago. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I spoke with two gentlemen from the store. Ernesto was the first, who help me identify a part that I needed for a GE washer that is no longer made. I was under the impression that the parts were never made again for this particular washer due to a recall issue. Not only did he correct my misconception, but he was he able to find the exact part that I needed. He did it extremely professionally, extremely courteously and I was so happy to deal with him that day. Eddie was the second person I spoke with, and he was fantastic as well. He ordered the part and got me back to my work day. When I went in to pick up my inside drain hose a fee days later, he was the man behind the counter and he offered prompt and professional service with one heck of a smile. Grabbed my drain hose and got me on my way to my next call.

I'm a plumber and occasionally I run into small appliance issues I'm willing to fix, and now I know where to go. APC!

Gotta give a shout out to Paul as well.... all great guys. Keep doing what your doing and I know that you'll take all the business the Vegas valley has to offer!

I was having a hard time with a dryer not heating, called the service department and Don (Dr. Don) walked me through what I should look for. I got the heating element but then ran into problems with reinstalling the belt even though Don told me to take a picture 😊. I called him back, asked for advice after fighting with it for about an hour, he then offered to come by and see if he could help and in like 2 minutes, he had it attached. I cannot convey enough how much I appreciated the advice, help and the friendliness APC offered. Additionally, Eric in the parts department was HUGE help with testing sensors, walking me through diagrams. Long story short, I highly recommend APC for not only parts but definitely for service. Thanks again!!!!

I want to share my experience because I am tired of A/C companies OVER CHARGING people. My 10 year condenser fan motor went out. A/C companies wanted to charge me over $500. I called one A/C company and they wanted $260 just to install a capacitor!!
I contacted Appliance Part center store and purchased a condenser fan motor and a capacitor for about $135.00 My single capacitor was only $14.99 plus tax. The sales person "Paul" was very helpful. He explained everything to me including the wiring for the motor. It only has 4 wires and 2 go to capacitor with slip on connectors. He also informed me should I have any problems to call the store and they will walk you thru it. The job took me about an hour and was pretty simple. The A/C works great now. I will buy from you guys before calling an A/C company. Thank you Appliance Part store for saving me money and Thank You Paul for great customer service!!!

This place is amazing. Open on Sunday to save my day. Monty helped me and he absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. He wired my new motors with the old pigtails and he even trimmed the fan shaft. All this for 1/3rd the cost of a serviceman coming to my house. I recommend them to everyone. Top notch hardworking guys with great attitudes.

I have been using Dr Don at APC for a couple years now to take care of my house and my rental. Very happy with service and communication of team. They did a new AC unit at rental (which always has had bad upstairs cooling) and it fixed issue. So happy my renter is happy.

I highly recommend the Appliance Parts Center to everyone for their appliance repairs and needs. Our service technician Dr. Don was very courteous and he was a true professional. He arrived on time, began working and quickly diagnosed the problem (relay switch) with our 14 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. He installed the new switch, made some minor adjustments and within 5-10 minutes it was up and running like new again. I also want to take the time to recognize Dr. Don for his honesty and integrity regarding our refrigerator. Especially since he didn’t try to con us into making unnecessary repairs or even worse buying a new refrigerator. Keep up the great work and thanks again!!
