These guys are not here just to sell you parts that you want … they are true professionals, they ask the right questions to sell you the correct parts that you need. I have been purchasing parts here for over 20 years to fix my broken appliances and they have always been patient and respectful as I am not an appliance repairman, they guide me through the repair with cost and time of repair in mind, always giving me options of "this my save you money" or "this will make the job easier" as well as "this may get you by till you get a new one". The guys are very knowledgeable. The best!

I have these guys service my ac units for the last few years. And they've always given me the best service. A few weeks back I decided I needed a Mini split in my garage. And I also figured I might as well do new units on my house. It was 2 days of solid work and you know anything about Vegas you know its hot in the summer. These guys killed it. Showed up early and did a phenomenal job. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless job. If it wasn't for Don, Frankie and Eduardo I might have been up the creek with out a paddle. So in my most honest opinion there is no other company I would trust in my home around my family. Thanks for everything guys!

This store saved me hundreds of dollars on my recent A/C motor fan repair. Not only did they have my motor same day. I was able to bring in my old fan unit to have the new motor assembled in my old unit in a short time frame. Also, Roberto was super kind and very helpful!

Great service. Paul was extremely helpful with troubleshooting potential problems with my ac fan motor and even installed connectors on the wiring harness and explained exactly how to install the new wiring and wrote down clear instructions. Paul showed patience with my questions and took time to answer all of them. I did noticed that everyone waiting to be helped looked happy. This tells me they treat customers very well. Definitely will use them again and will refer other too.

My dryer stopped working and I called APC and spoke with Eric who helped me diagnose the problem, it ended up being a blown thermal fuse. I took the fuse in and Eric matched it up and sold me the replacement and it fixed the problem. This was my second experience dealing with the guys at APC and both times they were spot on!! Excellent customer service and quality parts. Thank you Eric and APC I’m a forever customer now.

Called this morning to check to see if they had new parts needed to fix our central ac unit spoke to Monty he assisted us was very helpful and courteous and retrieved the correct parts we needed drove 100 miles there. When we got there had Freddy grab what we needed alter and lined us up very knowledgeable and sent us on our way ready to fix ac unit. He even told us to call him if we had any problems. Sure enough we had issues called him sent photos and he noticed the problem relayed info and boom fixed! I would highly recommend this place for all appliance parts and great customer service as well as knowledgeable staff many thanks as ac unit is running again beating the 103 degree heat!

This is a great place to get air conditioner parts. The staff has always been very helpful and informative. Definitely the place to go in Vegas. I had my AC condenser service by my home warranty and although the problem was corrected, cosmetically they did a terrible job. I called APC and they offered me the missing acorn bolts. Come here for your needs!!

Awesome customer service! Long story. I had an issue with a condenser fan motor that I purchased one day before. It had damage to it fresh out of the box, but I did not report it to the store like I should have. I didn't think that it would cause any issues. Turns out, the motor did not spin at all due to the damage. I'd already installed it onto the unit and added a couple of dents of my own to it due to trying to get it onto an old unit with warped metal. I called the store, but they were already closed.
I called the next day to try and see about getting a possible exchange, and I spoke with Eric. He told me to bring it in. I came in a few hours later (sometime after noon) with the motor, and Eric took the motor to the back. The manager (forget his name) came out with the motor and noted the damage. I took full responsibility for the additional dents and damage, but explained to him that I'd noticed damage to the motor upon purchase, but did not think it was a big deal (my mistake for not speaking up). I also noticed that the shaft did not spin at all when I took it out of the box (again, my mistake for not speaking up).
Instead of not doing anything for me, he decided to give me an exchange for another motor for a much discounted rate! Keep in mind, this was a very expensive motor, and all he had was my word. Yet, he still decided to give me the highly discounted rate! I couldn't be more grateful! These guys are amazing. And I totally would've understood if he did not do anything for me, as there was additional damage to the motor and he was well within reason to deny me any type of exchange. Thank you so much guys! You've made a lifetime customer!
