I have written very few reviews, but I feel this is one business that deserves to be recognized for their knowledgeable and friendly service. Don and the guys that work at Appliance Parts Center at 501 North Eastern are just the best. They take the time to understand what your dealing with and have always helped guide and direct me in what I am trying to do. Whether its fixing my dryer, microwave or replacing one of my AC units on my house, they have always been able to help me and because of that I have saved a great deal of money. I am very grateful for that. I have no desire to go anywhere else, thank you Don.

I am writing this letter to let you know about an outstanding American. His name is Monte. He works for the best Appliance Parts & Air Conditioning store in town. He is a very loyal employee and one of the most knowledgeable people I have every met. He has helped me many times over the last twenty years working on my Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Stove and Air Conditioning Unit. He has bent over backwards and taken the time to explain to me how they worked I what I needed to do to diagnose my problem. At times I may have to go down to see him more than once to convey what I had found after checking what he recommended me to look at. Mr. Monte has always been very patient with me to make sure that I hooked up things safely and
correct. I have saved thousands of dollars over the years by going to Appliance Parts Center where he works and will always highly recommend to anyone I know or meet to see these people. They will help you to the best of there ability in your time of need.

One thing I love about America is that you have a choice of where you spend your money. IF you find a better deal on the Internet or somewhere else, spend your money there. But if you want a business that has quality parts at a fair price, and can actually go down to 7 days a week its a win win situation. Plus I know they have some of the best people around to help you.

I am very pleased with Appliance Parts Center.
Another company give me an almost $900. Estimate for a new fan motor and capacitor and APC charged me $160. For both and my husband will put it in.
Alberto was knowledgeable and helpful and all the employees were kind and humble.
It is so nice to do business in a happy, family atmosphere with trustworthy service. My only regret was not knowing they sold water heaters because I just bought one from a big box store for $250. More with the same features.
From now on, I’m using APC for all my heating and air services. I called my Mom right after I left the store because it was such a good experience and now I share with all of you because honest and hard working businesses should be shared.

I went in to get a replacement capacitor for my AC unit. Monty told me it was likely the fan that was bad but I decided to try the capacitor first. Did not fixed the problem and was back a few hours later. Monty and Ed made sure I had the right motor, helped get the fan blades off the old motor, made sure I had a new capacitor that would work, and all the right hardware to install. Made the job once I was home go very fast!

Dr. Don showed up on time, he was very professional, he was clean and had on his protective gear meaning his mask, glove, and shoe covers before coming into the house. Dr. Don took the time to ask what was going on with the A/C unit and explained what he was going to do step by step. Dr. Don was very positive and helpful he explained how the the system works and what I should looks for in the future. Dr. Don was very honest with his recommendations and I didn't feel pressured at all. I would recommend APC to all my family and friends!!!

These guys were great and their customer service was outstanding. I need to repair the blower motor and blower wheel on my air handler unit. Found the parts online but didn't want to wait to get them, so I called APC... not only did they have the parts but they were lower in price than what I had found online. Ernie was very helpful and ensured that I got the correct parts that I needed. I will continue to use these guys for my parts needs and highly recommend them to others looking for parts.

APC SERVICE DEPARTMENT - maybe you are like me and didn't know they had a service department? I glad I know now. I had issues with my air conditioner. These guys were great! Knowledgeable, professional, informative. They took the time to actually track down the problem with my unit and provided me with options that other companies did not. This helped me to fix what I needed to and not just "replace the entire system". I highly recommend giving them a call they are straight shooters!

They are great. I called to see if they have the parts I needed they kept the part info on file and all I had to due was pick it up. Super simple and the prices were good.
