Complete Comfort Heating And Cooling

Heat went out later on in the day on the hottest day of the year, currently 105 F out. Called and they immediately got a technician over to my house before I even got home. Was greeted by a gentleman named Chad Riley who immediately went to work, troubleshooted, and fixed my ac in under an hour. Absolutely expert work, my family and house appreciate you for making us cool again.

We were long-time customers of Complete Comfort since 2005 when they provided a new AC and ductwork for our older home in Dundee. In the past, their sales and service were outstanding. We have referred numerous friend and family based on our previous experiences.

Earlier this year, we needed to add AC capacity to our older home. Complete Comfort came to our home and bid the job. We signed a sales contract in May. As soon as we signed the contract, communication from Complete Comfort ceased. Our frequent calls to check on the installation status were not returned until the end of August, when the installation manager finally indicated that we would move forward with the project.

This morning, the Complete Comfort team arrived at our home without so much as even a reminder call to start working on the installation of the new system. My wife and I completely rearranged our work schedules to attempt to get the house ready for the installation. After we had removed much of the contents of our basement, the owner of Complete Comfort arrived at our home and indicated that they could not do the job as it was more complicated than they expected. This would have been helpful information to have in May when they were at our home to bid the job or when we signed a sales contract for a new AC.

We went through an entire summer without adequate cooling for our home because of a lack of communication and professionalism from Complete Comfort. If you need a reliable company to provide heating and cooling for your home or business, I would recommend using a different company. Particularly if you own an older home, do not count on them to complete the work, even if you have a signed contract.

They were very professional. We called because our furnace stopped working, and they came the next business day. They completed an evaluation and discussed options with us. We decided to replace the furnace. The installers were very competent and they laid down protection on the wood and carpeted floors. They were very thorough and we have not had any issues with the installation. Anzio and DJ did a great job with the installation! We recommend Complete Comfort to our family and friends. Josh was our Technician. He was excellent.
He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I called into Complete Comfort between 8 am and 9 am , they had a technician on the way by 10 am. the same morning. Work was completed in a timely manner and our ir is on again. I would highly recommend them to all who are in need of repairs on their air conditioner

Josiah and Complete did a great job coming out to inspect some circulation issues at our home. Complete also did some re-model work for us previously and they have been great every time. Highly recommend!

Highly recommitment!! I was having heating issues with my geothermal system and knew it would be busy, because it was the first few days of freezing weather. The answering service was extremely responsive and was told someone would be out to look at it the same day. Within the next few hours, Josiah came and was able to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and was able to fix a complicated problem that same day. I am so grateful I chose Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling! I feel like it's a very ethical company and extremely fairly. priced, too.

very thorough. We have been very pleased with Complete Comfort’s service every visit since we started having this company service our heating and air conditioning systems.

Josh did a fantastic job servicing our HVAC. Our unit was replaced in February of this year, so in my mind I thought how long could a service take for a unit that is only 6 monthly old. I was astonished by the thoroughness of his inspection and service. I say astonished but not really, I shouldn't expect anything less from Complete Comfort since they have exceeded expectations on every transaction! Great job!

We have been happy with the service from Complete Comfort for many years now. At this maintenance check, Josiah called and came early -- how often does that happen!? He efficiently checked our geothermal system. Josiah seems quite knowledgeable about the technology. We asked one question unrelated to the maintenance check and he promptly passed it along to the owner, Jeff, who said he'd get on it. Overall, very impressive and we rely on the expertise of Jeff and the great workers he hires!

I would highly recommend Complete Comfort for any heating & air conditioning needs! We have been customers for over 20 years and Jeff still has the most reliable service in Omaha !
