I have used Complete Comfort for years now. They're a locally owned business with fair prices, and I've always received excellent service every time I've called them. They are not pushy, they don't lie to you and tell you need a whole new system, like some of their competitors, nor do they try to sell you some $300 or $400 a year service plan, like most of the rest of their competitors. Thanks Josiah and Tracy, for another great customer experience.

We called Complete Comfort after our furnace started making a noise every time the air would run. They were able to come out the same day when no other company was available. Chad the Lead Service Technician that helped us was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He didn’t try and sell us parts that we didn’t need and wasn’t pushy on any repair work that needed to be done. He provided honest recommendations on the overall health and life of our unit and talked through pricing with us. He went above and beyond and got our AC back up and running in no time! We haven’t used Complete Comfort before but will definitely use them in the future.

I was trying to be proactive so schedule a furnace check. Everything was running just fine before the check, but immediately after it I had several issues. It was very frustrating. I had to miss some work because of it and got in trouble for that. I'm not sure if it was just a newer technician who was still learning and made some mistakes or what, but it definitely made me regret being proactive because it actually caused issues that never existed before. After the check I spent a night in the cold with no heat and told them about it not working right away so they sent the same guy back the next day I believe. That didn't help at all. The furnace still didn't work. I spent another night in the cold. Someone had to buy me a space heater to get by. I told them it still wasn't fixed so they finally sent a different technician to fix what the first guy messed up. They refunded me for the first service and didn't charge the full amount for the other work they did but did still charge me for some of it. I feel like it all should have been free because it was obvious that things were fine before they came, and their work immediately made the furnace stop working. I also had to spend extra money to buy a space heater and missed work and the income from that. A lady on the phone did apologize and was nice and promised the owner of the company would personally come and check my furnace to make sure everything is fine and will be fine going forward. I never heard from the owner, and it has been about a year since this situation. I don't like to write bad reviews but feel like it may help others. I hope I am the only one to have a bad experience with this company and hope they made changes because of the problems they caused me. Had they followed through with what they promised I probably wouldn't be writing this and may even use them again, but since they didn't fully follow through and caused me so much stress I feel like it is very fair to write this review. I won't use this company in the future and hope my experience with them is a very rare one.

Super fast and friendly weekend service! Email and text messages updates and a bio and picture of our technician, Michael, before he arrived were a nice professional touch as well. Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling installed our HVAC system 5 years ago and they have yet to disappoint, their customer service and professionalism are the best I've experienced, I can't recommend them enough!

Our AC wasn't working and we called Complete Comfort early on a Monday morning. They sent Michael out that same morning which I wasn't expecting, but my wife was very happy with! lol. Michael not only figured out the main issue, but addressed a couple other smaller issues while thoroughly checking the AC over (we purchased the home last year and are learning its needs, so this was great).

I have nothing bad to say. Every part of the experience was good and Michael did a great job!
