We had a great experience with Complete Comfort, especially Josh. He provided quality work in maintaining our new furnace during the yearly check. He was very friendly and took the time to make sure his work was done well. Complete Comfort also took care of our new furnace and AC unit, finding creative ways to save us money. Very happy with their quality of work!

Anzio and DJ were top notch technicians. They took the time to outline the work they planned, layed out drop clothes throughout our home to keep things clean, answered all our questions during the install process, and took time at the end to go over the work they did and explain how to get the most out of our new system. They were excellent. We would recommend Complete Comfort without hesitation.

Michael arrived early (after calling ahead to be sure this was OK) for our AC maintenance check. He was very courteous and thorough, as have been everyone we've dealt with at Complete Comfort. Highly recommend this company and their team of professionals!

Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and we talked to Jeff, who found the part needed but the parts shop was closed as it was Saturday. He promised they would be here first thing Monday morning and Josiah was here at 8am with the part and got us up and running in no time. Thanks!

I have been in the construction industry for over twenty years and have not seen a company in any of the trades that is as professional, knowledgeable, and follows through on their word like Complete Comfort. We had our fall system check done by Josh today and as with all the other people from Complete Comfort we have dealt with, he was on time, courteous, thorough, and professional. If my experience in construction was in HVAC I would want to work for this company because they are the best in HVAC that I've seen.

My AC wasn't working the tech. was very fast to find the problem He then went outside and cleaned the unit. Very fast, very professional.

Being new to Omaha, our first contact with Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling was very encouraging. Everyone was friendly and professional. We contracted for them to do several projects including the installation of a humidifier and 2 ductless Heating and Cooling Units in our new home. We have been highly satisfied with all of their work and clean-up. They also installed a new humidifier for our home. Once cold weather came, we were concerned that the humidifier wasn't working properly. Complete Comfort sent Josh to our home, and Josh was great working to find and correct the problems. Josh had to order a thermostat for the humidifier, and later another Tech came out to install the new thermostat. All workers have been friendly and professional. We appreciate Complete Comfort and the service they gave us.
