They scheduled my service call asap, Josiah Negley contacted me to confirm, arrived on time, and repaired our geothermal unit and auxiliary heat in short order. Josiah was experienced, thorough, polite, and professional. Thank you complete comfort for your excellent service.

Josiah was professional and conscientious. He did a thorough job of explaining his diagnosis and getting our HVAC system running again. Complete Comfort is good to work with and I will use them again.

Mark had some fantastic ideas regarding my HVAC system that none of the other bidders thought of. He was SO helpful.
Nate was professional and courteous. He custom built a fitting to connect my existing ducting to my new Air Handler. Anzio was friendly and positive. He installed a new backplate for my existing thermostat that wasn't even part of the bid because he recognized it would be a more stable platform for it. Together Nate and Anzio improved my return airflow by cutting out a portion of the wall and installing a larger register cover (One of Mark's brilliant ideas). They did so with care and used a shop vac during the process so there wasn't a drywall dust mess. Not only was Complete Comfort the best value of the 7 bids I received, but everyone I communicated with there was 100% professional. They went above and beyond to make me Completely Comfortable <3

Thank you Tony for turning on the features to program our thermostat. For years we've struggled with remembering to change the settings. A company with no integrity when asked if there was a programmable thermostat available for our geo-thermal heat pump would have sold us a new thermostat. Tony immediately called out that ours was programmable but the feature wasn't set up. He changed the settings in the installer setup and programmed our thermostat for us and in the process saved us a ton of money.

I have used Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling for many years for my regular maintenance & fixes. They do an Outstanding job every time. During my most recent maintenance check I had DJ in my home. This was my first time meeting DJ & he did in Outstanding job. I am always impressed on the great service with every technician in my home.

I called them a while back with some simple questions. The owner talked to be for about 20 minutes explaining what I needed to know even though it became clear I didn't need to hire them.

Because of this, I decided to start using them :)

I do serious research before purchasing any item that costs thousands of dollars. I had decided to purchase Bryant equipment, so the next step was what company to choose to do the work. I liked the extensive experience and knowledge of Mark, the salesman who came from CC. The installers, Nate and Jake, were friendly, careful and knowledgeable. The work looks very professional. I made the right choice.

Tracy worked her magic to ensure my parts were available. Very professional and on-point! Mike Livingston showed up ahead of schedule and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was meticulous, thorough and carefully explained the aspects of the job at hand. Just a wonderful experience in a day and time where everything is very costly and every penny counts. My AC stopped working, I had called a different company first they spent 2 hours trying to figure out the issue but was not able too. Tony was able to find the problem and fix it in quick order before the long weekend. I know who I will call first next time I need hvac help!!

We called to have someone come out for our furnace not wanting to kick on and within 2 hours someone was here. Jake was a great technician and was able to answer all questions and resolve our issue! We will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC needs!
