Awesome company! Last year Michael DJ Nate Anzio and Zach installed my unit and mini split. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Today Josiah did yearly service and again nothing but positive things to say. Love the Bryant 5 stage heat pump!

I’ve tried all the “big names” in the Omaha area the service was poor in all cases. Called Jeff with Complete Comfort 10 years ago and never a wait for service and always repairs that last. We are doing a geothermal replacement in a few weeks. The staff at Complete Comfort are the best by far. They excel in value and experience.

We set an appointment for a system check. Josiah was sent to perform the service. He was on time, courteous, and verry professional. An issue was found with the nest thermostat. Josiah explained the problem well, laid out options to correct the problem, and done a thorough review of the rest of the system.

CC does an incredible job. This last visit was to install a new vent and air scrubber, as well as the winter inspection. Mark did a thorough job of getting me an estimate on the additional run/vent, talking to me about the air scrubber and the pricing was very reasonable. Alex in the office was very friendly and accommodating in setting up the appointment as well as calling me prior to the appointment. Josh did a great job examining the furnace, cleaning everything and changing out the humidifier filter. Zack and David did a great job with the instant and they laid down tarps to keep the floor clean and vacuumed up everything that resulted from the install of the vent. I highly recommend Complete Comfort, class act!!

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Josh and the crew from Complete Comfort. Annual maintenance and repair appointments were scheduled at our convenience. The technicians are polite and they always arrive on time. Recently, our furnace unit developed an unusual water drip. Josh worked on the issue until it was repaired the same day.

We've been in the middle of a hot couple weeks and perfect timing, our AC starts going out. I looked at a few places, between ratings and availability I requested service from Complete Comfort. Initially it was a worrying week and a half out. We had a lot of fans, no other places seemed to be much better outside of like emergency upcharges and all that so I figured we could hold out with every fan in our house going and all the shades drawn. Within a day I was contacted by Stephanie (I think their receptionist/dispatcher/whatever her actual position was), and she told me they've been actively trying to prioritize people who were having more active AC problems while it's been the level of heat that we'd been experiencing. They called me the next day and got me set up for the day after that (so 2 days rather than like 10~12 days). Josiah came out the scheduled day even though it was getting towards the end (more likely past) of his work day. He unfortunately couldn't do much that day, but that's more because of the circumstance of everything being frozen over. He managed to come back in less than 24 hours after giving it time to thaw and gave me a very detailed rundown of all the things wrong or could be wrong, gave me the options we had, and his professional opinion on what would be the best course of action, which was far from the most expensive fix. He took a lot of time, showing me everything he was doing and seeing; some of the stuff I understood, some, I definitely didn't, but he still took the time to walk me through it all rather than doing something and handing me the bill at the end. He even walked me through all the preventative things I can do on my own to hopefully avoid any future issues. This step alone means so much as a homeowner, someone taking the time to show me how to take care of my house, not just charging me to fix the issue at hand. This review is probably longer than most will read at this point so I'll end it now.

TLDR: Really great experience with a company/crew that treated me like a competent homeowner/individual and not just a client.

I was very pleased with the professional manner of Zack, DJ and Anzio. They knew what they were doing, did it carefully and completely and cleaned up when they were done. They even answered the 1000 questions my grandson asked!
Our neighbor recommended Complete Comfort because of the great service they have received. We will do the same.
