All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning

Our AC Unit went out on the hottest day of the year, of course. We called and surprisingly Constantine took our call super late at night, on a weekend. We had expected to leave a voicemail. However, he was out at our house the next morning already looking things over. He gave us our options and we knew we could either put a band aid on it or replace it and have some peace of mind. In the end, we trusted Constantine and his crew enough to simply replace everything, including our super dated furnace and water heater. It was expensive but the prices were fair. We even got a bundle discount. In checking, I found that we likely would have paid more elsewhere. My final thoughts are this: If you want to have a job get done quickly and have a crew that knows what they are doing, go with All Pro Heating and Air. All the guys were incredibly nice and I even found myself getting into conversations with them. I felt comfortable with them inside my home and they kept me in the loop at all times. Sure, we didn't have the money for this right now, but we have been sleeping so much better knowing that we got it taken care of. The added service warranty was just icing on the cake.

I requested assistance with my old ac unit and David was very thorough and honest. I got a new unit and they were able to schedule my appointment way sooner than I thought. On the day of installation, Ted and Mike showed up early, were clean and respectful, and even finished earlier than expected. If you want ease of mind, I would definitely recommend.

Called Monday morning. Constantine came out a few hours later. Unit was nearly 30 years old so nothing could be done except to replace it. He was very professional and went over options and expectations. Work was done a couple days later by 2 outstanding techs. They were the most courteous business we’ve dealt with in many years. The techs worked tirelessly and updated other things that we were unaware of like a small gas leak from our water heater! Scary! We are grateful to have picked such wonderful people to work with!

We had All Pro replace our furnace and AC units last week. The process started with David coming out for a free quote and that amount didn't change by a penny once everything was completed. David is a complete professional - no uncomfortable sales pitch - just an honest (and very well educated) explanation of what they offer.
When they arrived to do the install, both David & Ted were on time and got to work right away. They respected my small requests and were efficient and cleaned everything up when done - not a speck left behind, which I greatly appreciate. This included hauling away all the old equipment.
This many 5-star reviews are not wrong - you are getting the best company Lincoln has to offer for HVAC - we are pleased with our new furnace and AC and very pleased with the process from start to finish. The process felt like dealing with family, not salespeople at all. Thank you All Pro!

My experience with All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent. David was very passionate about informing us of our options after a thorough inspection. When their crew came out to install the new units, they laid down carpet plastic covers. This kept our place clean, their appearance in clean uniforms added a touch of professionalism. They are very hard workers, they were always on the move. They were happy to answer any questions I had for them. Their whole support staff in the office communicated clearly, concisely and courtesy. Kevin and Nikki really adds great support and knowledge.

All Pro heating and air came out to diagnose issues I was having with my air conditioning system. Mark found the issue in no time and had no issue thoroughly explaining it to me. We opted to have the entire AC and furnace replaced as they were both 12 years old. Constantine came out with another installer (sorry, I can’t remember his name). They had both systems replaced and functioning within a few hours. The whole time they were professional and courteous.

In the following weeks, the new AC unit was not able to keep up with my thermostat. We called All Pro and Mark came back out that day. Over the course of the next few weeks, Mark made adjustments to the system trying to get it to operate as intended. Eventually, Mark made the decision to replace the AC system again with a higher volume unit, at no cost to me or my wife!

I can’t say just how satisfied I am with this company. They truly make customer satisfaction their top priority. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs work done.

We will be lifetime customers! Contacted All Pro in November 2020 about our heat not working. They came out and the diagnosis was a fried motherboard. Got an entirely new system through them. They offer a great warranty and excellent customer service. David is amazing! I love that he is the 'nerd' of heating and cooling. He makes sure you understand every aspect of what he is doing and gives you tips on how to prevent future issues. Had to call again for our cooling not keeping up and I noticed our exterior unit was making an odd noise once in awhile so I took a video. David to the rescue again, he listened to the noises on the video and immediately had an idea what the issue was! Great work David!!

All Pro did a wonderful job at our home. David communicated well and was able to answer all of my questions. They were professional and cleaned up their work before they left. Our new heater and air conditioner are working well. Great warranty.

I reached out to them on a Saturday morning because my heat was not working and this was last month when it was super cold. So, the heat stopped working so I called All Pro Heating and Air and spoke to Constantine, who came to check it out and fixed it and we were good to go!

We had All Pro install a new AC and furnace and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. David and Sergey are absolute professionals and great at what they do. You can tell they enjoy serving their customers. David, in particular, took extra time to explain how both systems work in order to help us make an informed decision on which level of system to purchase (good, better, best). We never felt any pressure to go with any of the options and never felt like we were talking with a salesman. They offer the best warranty you can find in this area, which can be a major sticking point for many homeowners.
