We worked with Constantine from All Pro Heating and Air and he was outstanding! Not only was he kind and respectful, but he was genuinely a nice human being. After he showed up to our house he promptly solved our issue with our AC unit. As new home owners we had no clue how to problem solve or fix the issue and Constantine was able to find the problem and fix it within minutes of his arrival. My husband and I haven't had a working air conditioner since we got married a few years ago. This is the most comfortable we've been during the summer! We received multiple quotes before replacing our unit, and All Pro had the most reasonable prices. The service was great. Constantine is very personable and friendly and I felt completely comfortable having he and his team working in my home. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used All Pro twice for furnace maintenance, one time for a minor repair on a cold Saturday night and also for a major motor replacement. This time Mark was not satisfied with the new motor noise and replaced with a second new quieter unit. Very happy with the service, reasonable price and agility of the services provided!

I called a well known place first, all you get is recording and on hold. All Pro picked up immediately with a real person. Our technician was here within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable, professional and completed the job, didn't try to sell us a service we didn't need. I will call these guys again to take care of our HVAC needs!

These guys are the bomb! I was a little nervous about hiring a new company to service our heating needs but I am glad I did. Very relieved to have a working system! David was phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about him, he is professional intelligent and finds his job very satisfying. Mark is very professional and Surge too. All communicated effectively.. Amazing customer service, professional technicians, and a very satisfied customer. Our air conditioner had been going out for a few summers- we kept putting it off. We called a few locations for estimates. All Pro arrived at our house the day we called (the other guys said 2-3 days) and installed our AC unit the next day! They matched the competitions pricing, AND gave us a better warranty/service plan. They introduced me to everyone who came to my house, shook my hand, and wore shoe covers while walking through my house without me asking! Our AC went out on a day that the heat index was 114, they came back that evening to check and ensure it was cooling properly and provided us with plenty of information to keep our system running efficiently. David was a fantastic technician, and so professional! Mark was an excellent sales rep- didn’t offer us more than we needed, and texted us answers to all questions we had! We look forward to doing business with them in the future, and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family! What a pleasant experience during such a stressful, hot situation!

Constantine was amazing. Our AC broke and he was able to come out to help us even at 9 o clock at night. He didn’t even charge any extra fees for coming out so late. He was extremely friendly and caring. Worked diligently and quickly. He had all the equipment he needed to fix our AC in his car so we didn’t have to wait days for our AC to work. Overall great person and technician. I reccommend anyone to use his and his companies services! I would give his company 6 stars if I could.

All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning has been great to work with. In 2019, my heater went out during the winter season. I called All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning and they came out same day and installed a new heater for me. They gave me great options and David has been great to work with. David made sure I understood everything along the way and gave me good background information. Recently, I wanted to get a whole home humidifier installed and just like my last experience it was great!
