David was very professional and friendly. He spent the necessary time to explain every step he was taking to deal with my heating concerns. David was prompt and within the estimated arrival time, took care to cover his shoe while in the house, and demonstrated a strong desire to help people. I highly recommend All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning.

I called about 12 different companies and No one could come same day without charging overtime and other fees. I called all pro they had a great guy name mark show up within a few hours. When he came, he found the problem right away. After he made sure our ac was running, he explained what to do to keep it from happening again. Great guy and company, will definitely be our go to hvac repairman from now on. Great price as well, I thought there was going to be a diagnosis fee, travel fee, and repair fee, but I was only charged diagnostic fee.

We have All Pros install a furnace and air conditioner, They are very customer service oriented and take the time to explain what they are doing and to show you what they did before they leave. Nice owner and professional service people who come right away and quickly fix any problems. It will be an experience like you haven't had with service.

All Pro heating and air was absolutely wonderful. My furnace stopped working and Sunday morning I made a phone call @ 6:00am. They were at my place by 6:30am to fix it. Now that’s what I call service!! Thank you so much Constantine for putting heat back in my house!

It was an expensive repair, but that wasn't All Pro's fault by any means. Constantine came and fixed our A/C, troubleshooting the problem and discovering the previous technician from a different company had done a half-way job. He stayed until 10pm and came back the next morning (a Saturday) to finish. He was great at communicating with me even though I live a few hours away and rent the house to tenants in Lincoln. The tenants say he was very polite and left things nicer than he found them.

I could not be happier with All Pro, from the call to them on a Saturday morning to the technician who came to fix my air conditioner the same day. They were amazing and fixed the problem on the spot. I was very happy also with the cost of the diagnostic to the cost of the part. I highly recommend this company!

We had a problem with clogged duct and called All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning Sunday afternoon. David came over Monday morning and solved our problem in 10 minutes. He was super nice, professional and courteous. We are considering getting their Service Club Membership which looks like a very good deal!

Came home to no heat at 10pm on a Friday night, I've got 2 young kids cant exactly go without heat in the winter when its snowing. My landlord got ahold of All Pro and they were at our place in less than an hour! Very awesome on the response time, the technician was very polite, and very knowledgable he was able to diagnose our issue very quickly. Once he had the problem diagnosed he called up the landlord got approval for the fix and was able to get our heat working again, he had the parts readily available in his van along with everything he need for installation. We had heat back up and running in less than 2 hours! Very impressed and happy with the service! Thanks again for getting our heat working!!

All Pro came out to my house a few weekends ago. My wife and I returned home on a Sunday with our son who is 10 mo/old to a home that was 89 Degrees and with an air conditioner that had given out. After calling five different service companies, All Pro was the one who picked up and said they could accommodate us even though it was late on a Sunday. Constantine arrived, diagnosed, and assisted in the fixing of our air conditioner. He was warm and kind and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family that live in Lincoln. Two weeks later and the air conditioner is still working great! Thank you!
