All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning

Well it was 5:30pm on Friday, heat wasn’t working and it’s supposed to be the coldest weekend this season so far! Called around and nobody could get here before Monday, found All Pro, gave them a call (very nice customer service person) and was able to get an appointment for Saturday at 12:00pm. Constantine was here right at noon and within an hour we had heat!! I will definitely call them again and would recommend this company. Constantine was professional and personable! Thank you All Pro!!

All Pro was prompt when we called for service with our AC unit. Constantine came out to diagnose the problem that night and they installed our new furnace and AC the next day. I can't say enough about this company and their customer service. They even brought out a year supply of furnace filters because i needed a new size filter with my unit. It is so quiet and efficient. Thanks again All Pro and all of your excellent employees.

All Pro Heating and Air is a wonderful group of individuals that listened to what I needed and were very timely with their work. I have been extremely satisfied with my new furnace. Constantine and the staff at All Pro are the best! After a few years of having them patch up our old furnace we finally had them install a brand new one. It was affordable and they were professional and respectful around our home while doing the install. And they were done with everything in less than a day! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You should definitely give them a call.

I forgot to post my review the last time David was at our home to service our unit but now that he's been here twice, my review will be twice as amazing as I now have twice the experience. Both times when we scheduled our appointment (and were put on the calendar same day as we called, during busy season!!) our technician (David) was early. I know, sometimes it's a fluke deal, but when the technicians are able to make miracles happen, that's awesome. Both times I felt he was attentive to the issue we presented him with and he repaired our AC without breaking a sweat. Super polite. Ladies, he even wears these amazing booties to keep your floors as clean as he goes in and out. I appreciate how thorough of a job he has done for us both times. The first time he was out we really had a funky issue and he was able to diagnose and repair. Same experience this time as well, proper diagnosis and speedy repair. I don't for see us using anyone other than All Pro as long as we either get David or a tech with the same dedication to his job and polite manerisms. Thanks guys for keeping us, the kiddos and the bulldogs cool all summer long.

Constantine is amazing to work with and does an amazing job!! I would not call anyone else. I called and with in a couple minutes he called back and was at my door with in an hour of me calling. He came in and fixed my heater with in 20 minutes. They are a great company with fair prices! Their customer service goes above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with.

I highly recommend All Pro! We needed to replace our old furnace that quit working so I called All Pro, they showed up a few hours later, explained all the options I had, and then came in the next morning and replaced the furnace. Then a few weeks later, I tried to turn on our AC and it wasn't working. I called them, they sent a tech the same day, and found it was a simple wire issue when installing the furnace a few weeks earlier. They didn't hide anything, upcharge me, or try to sell me a new AC. Instead, they apologized, fixed the wire, and didn't charge me anything for the fix or the visit! Most importantly, All Pro showed that they are a company I can trust and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for great HVAC work!

Our furnace starting acting up. So my family suggested that we give Constantine a call at 'All Pro Heating and Air.. He was at my house in thirty minutes after I had placed the call. He was very respectful of our house by placing shoe covers on and greeting everyone including our dog. Constantine was very quick at diagnosing the two issues with the furnaces and simply explained what they were. He explained how the components worked, and explained how the pricing would work which was reasonable. He had the furnace up and blowing warm air in 30 minutes! He cleaned up after himself, as if he was never there. We are very thankful for the amazing service Constantine provided on the cold snowy day! We will be calling 'All Pro' for any future heating and air issues. But not only that I will be recommending the great service at 'All Pro' to all my friends and family.

We used this company to repair an ac unit that was working poorly. Still blowing cold air- but not enough. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He informed me that the unit was frozen- that he needed to turn it off and come back tomorrow when it was thawed. The next day he never showed and when we contacted the company they said they could send someone in a week.

The kicker- what ever he did to it- it won’t turn back on at all now. And we have had the luxury of siting in an 85 degree household with 3 small children for what will be 3 days (we have had to hire another company to fix whatever they did).

They provide unreliable service - hire with caution!

Our AC went out on one of the hotter days this year, and it's hard to choose a heating/AC place since there are so many. We picked Allpro based off of the number of glowing Google reviews, and we were definitely not disappointed.

They came out on a Sunday night, evaluated our 30 year old AC/Furnace, and found it was rusted and leaking carbon monoxide. While it wasn't the quick fix we hoped for, it was a MUCH SAFER fix for our family, plus we knew a 30 year old AC/furnace, it was probably time to swap.

The next day they brought the crew and swapped it out everything in roughly 6 hours, and even after the install they came back for minor tweaks.

Every single employee was courteous, was prompt and informative, and they went above and beyond on service. It was red carpet treatment from phone call to finished job.

I cannot recommend them enough. They excel on customer service and professionalism.
