Five star service! Our air quit working on Memorial Day weekend. They offered me several times to come check our system that very day. Constantine was so professional. Mike and Ted and the whole All Pro heating team were excellent. From the initial scheduling with the owner to the assessment and proposal to installation… all was fantastic.

Mike and Ted installed a bit of a complicated new ac and heating unit without any issue. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I was kept up to date on progress and any potential concerns. Very professional and overall just nice guys too :)

Constantine was very friendly and professional. Within 30 minutes of contacting them they showed up at my house and in 15 minutes had our AC up and running again. My husband and I had woken up at 8 AM to realize that the AC was not kicking on, by 9:30 we were fixed. I would highly recommend the company for anybody, they are professional and get the job done quickly. And that is especially important on a day when it is set to be 90!

Outstanding all around! I had a thermocouple go out on my furnace, I called at 12:00 and the technician was at my door by 1:30. He was quick, friendly, and very skilled. He was able to get the issue completely fixed in less than an hour and the price was VERY reasonable. I am a customer for life!

We have been very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism in all the work All-Pro has done for us. They have always been quick to respond when we had issues in the past and were quick to get us scheduled for new heating/air conditioning units when ours gave out this fall. I was very impressed with their tidiness, timeliness, and just the general respect they had for the fact they would be in my home all day. They did a great job keeping me informed as they moved about and explaining what they were doing. At one point I was giving a piano lesson and they even took an early lunch so as not to cause any distraction. They have always taken care of our needs and we are thankful for the solid service they provide.

Our experience with All Pro Heating and Air was fantastic! They came the very next morning to fix our AC, but what I appreciated the most was that they took the time to explain what was wrong with it and answered all our questions. Our entire unit had to be replaced, after our old AC gave out (it was 27 years old!). They had the new unit in within a couple hours. So thankful for their speed since we have pets and a young child. Professional, respectful and knowledgeable... definitely recommend!

So glad I found this company! They will be my go-to for all HVAC issues in the future. Both A/C systems quit in our house at the same time. They came out for an estimate the same day I called. David was so honest and showed me that the coil on one system had been replaced in 2018, so it was fine. (I had three other bids, and no one else noticed this fact! Even the company that did the work in 2018). I had an estimate during his visit and they were able to come do the work in just a couple of days. Their price was not the cheapest bid, but it was a fair price. On install day, the employees were right on time, super professional and pleasant. All around great experience with a well run business.

We had our cooling go out on a hot day so I decided to give them a call. Mark was the one who picked up and was very kind and helpful with all of my questions. They ended up having a field tech come within the hour (David) who was very professional and clearly explained what he was doing and what he believed the issue was. They took care of the problem the same day and it has been running great ever since. I would recommend them to anyone after having this pleasant experience!

All Pro is AMAZING!!! David came to assess our situation when we suspected our air compressor had failed on our existing air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided accurate information. Considering the age of our existing air conditioner and furnace unit, we decided to replace both at the same time, but the decision was made very easily with David‘s guidance. The technicians who arrived to install our unit were FANTASTIC!!! Sergey, Constantine, and Mark were all at our house for the day, in the terrible heat and working HARD and DILIGENTLY. This company strives on hard work, cleanliness, and comfort. We highly recommend this company and we are relieved to know that we can always count on them for our future servicing needs.
