Constantine shows that he cares about his customers, he replied back to my calls very fast. At the same time he made sure that we were choosing the option that best fit our budget. Besides the friendly customer services he made sure that he did not get the carpet dirty, when they were changing out the air conditioning unit. Lastly, I appreciated that Constantine explained the reasons why things went bad on the air conditioning and heater unit. I would highly recommend All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning they are friendly and stand behind their work.

Constantine answered the phone cheerfully on a Sunday morning and within an hour he was here at our house and fixed the problem. He was awesome, put on shoe covers to walk through the house, was nice to talk to and quick with the job. It was also reasonably priced.

Thanks All-Pro team! Everyone did a great job in changing out my upstairs unit in such a short amount of time. Even lucky enough to have the building inspector in the neighborhood to have the installation checked the same day. Constantine did an excellent job answering any questions I had regarding the new equipment. Once again thanks for a job well done.

We called for service for our A/C & got immediate service from a knowledgeable & courteous technician named Mark.

We signed up for their "COMFORT CLUB" membership which for $15/months gets us 2-maintenance checks each year vs $130 per visit (& 20% off of any needed repairs) to make sure hour HVAC is always working like it's suppose to.

Since then we’ve had an 11-year-Old A/C unit go out & the discounts of the “comfort club” saved us several hundred on replacing it! Great people, fast service!

Used them a few times over the past several months. Good things are that they are usually able to come out pretty quickly. Also, their prices seem to be pretty reasonable for still getting service that I think has been very good. I recently had them install a new AC and furnace and they charged me an extra $87 to install a required carbon monoxide detector--despite the fact that the proposal sheet says "no surprises: the investment quoted is what you pay." And they also quoted that I would get a programmable thermostat, but that's not what they installed. UPDATE -- they came back out to install a new (programmable) thermostat and refunded the money that they had charged me for the CO detector.
Overall: friendly technicians and quick, reliable service.

Great service! The AC(15yrs old) gave out on Friday and they had someone here that night to fix it temporarily and give us a quote for a new unit. They installed the unit on Sunday in about 5 hours and removed the old pad for me. The unit also came the a 10 year warranty with service. They were very professional and prompt.

The gentleman that replaced the furnace and A.C. unit were very professional. David and his helper were very well mannered and speedy. They valued my home as if it was there own. Constantine let me know every move before it was made so there was no miscommunication. I would recommend them to any family member, friend, co worker, etc. Well done guys

I received great service from Constantine at All Pro this evening. I felt comfortable taking his professional opinion about the HVAC unit. I appreciated his ability to respond to my service request so quickly and I was especially pleased at his no hassle/no pressure approach.

All Pro beat 2 other companies in pricing on the replacement of a full AC system, and beat those other 2 companies by a few days to 2 weeks in actually starting the work. Nothing was added on to their estimate except for the new furnace that they showed me how it needed to be replaced. They fixed all of it in pouring rain, before a fourth company said they could even send someone to look at the problem. Everyone was extremely friendly, especially Constantine who gave me plenty of updates and never made a promise he couldn't keep.

After limping along for the past couple of summers, our 37 year old AC unit finally needed to be replaced. We also made the decision to upgrade the furnace to a newer, more efficient model.

Constantine, Mark and David provided exceptional service. Their pricing was very competitive. They didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t need and they showed up on-time and completely changed out the furnace and AC units within a day.
