All Pro is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We had interviewed other HVAC companies and know the many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong ones. Constantine and his group were always professional, patient and courteous. They had a fast response time and were available the next day after our furnace and water heater went out . We enjoyed working with all of you. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend you and your company without reservation to all of our friends and family.

Furnace wouldn't kick on during Lincoln's first cold snap of 2020. I called All Pro and they were out the next day after I got home from work. I have a gas fireplace so I was able to get by until the next day. David come out and was very professional and found the problem within 5 minutes a cracked negative pressure hose he replaced it and continued his diagnostics he also found that my high voltage distributor was running weak. If it wasn't replaced I would be back at square one maybe during the winter so I said go ahead and replace it. Very reasonable prices and didn't try to sale me anything I didn't need. We also had a nice conversation about furnace filter Merv rating, lol. 10/10 would call again for service.

I had an excellent experience with All Pro Heating and Air. My furnace was not working on one of the coldest nights of the year. Within 20 minutes of calling, Constantine was at my door for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and immediately found the problem. He explained what was wrong and was able to fix it on the spot. I highly recommend All Pro for any needs you have.

Nikki was very professional when handling our care and needs coming to our home on a Saturday to help us with an estimate. The gentlemen that came to do the actual installation were quick, very polite and cleaned up after them self. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had All Pro come check out our furnace recently. I called mid-morning on a Sunday and they were able to come out that same afternoon. They ran diagnostics on the furnace, but were unable get the furnace to replicate the problem. Since they didn't find anything wrong, they waived the standard service fee and told us to call them back if we had any further issues. When it got bitterly cold later in the week, our furnace began acting up again. I called back and they were able to get someone out that same afternoon. This time they were able to determine the furnace was overheating because the filter I had recently replaced was too restrictive for our furnace. They recommended a lower grade filter and again waived the service call fee because it was an easy fix. We replaced the filter and have not had any issues since. Thank you All Pro for blessing our family during this holiday season! We will not hesitate to call All Pro in the future for any heating or air conditioner problems we may run into and will recommend them to our family and friends. They were very kind, professional, and prompt.

Constantine went out of his way to come to my house after 9 at night to fix my air conditioner. He was very professional and caring and did a great job explaining things to me. He was cost conscious for me and even took the time to speak to my dad on the phone about the fix. I was very impressed with All Pro.

Constantine and his team we incredibly responsive and professional in all aspects of the job. He responded within 3 hours of my initial call and began the job the next day. Even after the job grew, he was able to complete the work be done that same day. I have and will continue to recommend All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning to my friends. I will be using them in the future as well.

The technicians that come to do routine inspections are respectful, knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. I also appreciate that they are available 24/7. Once they sent a technician out at 9:30 at night to investigate my concern, determined there was no problem, and didn't even charge me for the visit.

Our HVAC unit stopped working on a Sunday, we emailed and Constantine emailed us back that night. David came out on Monday, and he and Serge removed our old furnace and installed a new one by Wednesday at noon. The entire team was very professional, efficient, and clearly communicated with us throughout the process. Thank you so much for all of your help!
