    Zach was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He hauled up an old 80 gallon water heater from my basement and took precautions without being asked to help keep the new carpet clean. Very professional. Thanks Zach!

    Matt, Corey and Dylan, were all personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered each and every one of all my questions, explained everything, recommended multiple solutions and options, and worked within all of our budgetary and other concerns. Action was reasonably priced and offered high quality options and explained any and all tiers and options for a complete home air quality control system that we should be very pleased with for many years to come. I and my family have used Action Plumbing, Heating, and A/C for multiple properties over multiple decades, and continue to be impressed with their local and professional service.

    I had Action plumbing come out on 02/09/2023 to replace the water heater that had stopped working. I mentioned that the flue pipe failed previous inspection so it would need to be brought up to code. The city inspector came out on 02/14/2023 and failed the inspection because the flue pipe was too close to a wall. I reached out to Action, and Ken, who handles scheduling and all phone calls for water heaters, personally came out to look at it. It was a cordial conversation, him stating he would help out with some of the cost since his plumber should have asked before not moving the flue. During that conversation, he estimated that it would be roughly another $250 between parts and labor while at my house and said "obviously we will help with some of that". He said he would have someone come out on 02/17. I informed him that was the only day that would not work for me, as I was leaving town that day. He said it was no problem and would call back the next week to get me on the schedule. I waited all next week and received no phone call to schedule the follow up. I called back on 02/27, as I still hadn't heard. On 02/27, Ken informed me that the schedule had been set for the week, and that he would follow up on 03/03 (the following Monday to get me on the schedule). I did not hear on 03/03, so i followed up on 03/04. This time I mentioned that I was hesitant to pay the first bill, as I was having difficulties trying to get back on the schedule to come bring the flue pipe up to code. Ken proceeded to call back and proceeded to yell at me that I need to pay my bill and that he's "not the one who screwed you over, the seller of the home screwed you over", and that him bringing the water heater up to code was being done as a favor to me. This was incredibly disheartening, as I never once asked for any special treatment, or made any sort of demand as far as pricing goes, simply wanted the job done so I could move on from that being a priority. They came back out 03/14 to fix the flue pipe. It passed city inspection on 03/17. I also got the updated bill on 03/17, which instead of the "roughly $250" that was estimated on 02/14, the bill is $325.30. I do see a discount on labor, only charging for 1.5 hours when the tech was here for roughly 3 hours, however, this is significantly more than was originally estimated. In the end, I could never recommend this company solely based off of Ken's unprofessional actions. To call and yell at a customer and say it is their fault for not knowing the codes, and that them coming back out to do the job correctly is being done as a favor is uncalled for and rude. That said, the tech who came out was friendly and professional, it just seems the office staff is not.

    Jon arrived on time. Introduced his trainee. Communicated what the plan of action was going to be. Was patient with the trainee and gave clear instructions. Checked the work that was being performed at each step. Went above the job to check out the noisy water pipes and gave an easy solution. Ken did a good job of scheduling the appointment and communicating the schedule and follow through with the appointment. Thank you.

    We had our hot water heater installed the same day we informed Action plumbing that we wanted them to install it. We were quoted a fair price for removal and replacement of our gas hot water heater. The servicemen were here for 2 1/2 hours and installed everything perfectly.

    On 1 hand,this company has great technicians and I was looking forward to working with them well into the future as I have many projects that need done.Ken told me to purchase 2 toilets and 2 bathroom sinks and to call him when I had them and they'd schedule to come out and install them. I've tried 4 times over the last month only to be directed to his voicemail EVERYTIME and never once getting a call back. After calling again today,leaving a voicemail that obviously wasn't being returned again,I called the supervisor who said they would take the message to Ken directly. He finally called back when I must have been taking out the trash and left me a voicemail saying,we will not be servicing you and won't be anytime in the near future....THANK YOU FOR DRAG ME ALONG ONLY TO LEAVE ME IN MY PREDICAMENT KENšŸ¤¬
