Action Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical

Serviceman (Alec) was very polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had discussion with me before he did anything to get good understanding of issue. Unit was not cooling well and he checked a few things on AC and furnace. Explained his diagnosis and added freon based on what he saw. Remained for a awhile and rechecked a few things and confirmed everything was functioning correctly and that issue was fixed. I used them to replace a water heater a few years ago. Had a very pleasant experience with them that service also. Highly recommend them for plumbing and HVAC.

I am redoing my kitchen cabinets and had found a leak under my sink. A call to Action Plumbing provided a expedient appointment. The service tech arrived on time, was friendly and fixed the problem in short order. The price was a good value too! It is nice to know their tested service is just a phone call away.

Erick was on time kind and knowledgeable. He was thorough as he explained what he did for my furnace maintenance when he was done. I switched to Action about 6 years ago and will stay with them. Lastly their office and scheduling staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Our family woke up to a water leak in our basement ceiling, with water dripping from multiple places. We called Action and John C. came was over within 45 min of us calling. John assessed the situation. He asked us questions and listened. He quickly found the leak and fixed it. He explained what caused the leak and showed us what he was going to do. He did all this without having to make a big mess or tear out much ceiling. He only cut two small holes in the ceiling to access the leak. He advised us on what to do to dry up the drywall and plywood to prevent mold, and he recommended a drywall person. He also noticed a problem with our water heater and made some recommendations. He did all of this in under 2 hours. He was extremely calm, polite, and reassuring. We went from feeling like we had a big disaster on our hands to feeling like the situation was under control. We were really impressed with Action and with John C. Thanks!

Action was out to my house in an hour and did amazing work. Juan was professional and friendly while doing the repair. I have definitely found my go to plumbing professionals in Lincoln.

Not all heros wear capes! But they most certainly wear Action Plumbing and Heating shirts! Last night our AC stopped working, which is a huge issue for me with my MS and heat intolerance. Julie in the office went above and beyond and was able to squeeze us in this morning with Shawn and then it was even earlier than expected. Shawn is exceptional at his job. Helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend him!
I have had several home projects done by Action in the past year. They are always on time and do quality work. The techs are very professional and pleasant to work with. The office staff is accommodating and more than helpful.
Jon N. installed a new toilet last fall and did excellent work. He was very nice, extremely efficient and very knowledgeable.
