Redoing my bathroom and needed to rough in a new tub. Austin show up on time. He was very personal and friendly. We ran into an issue with a floor joist, he quickly troubleshot it and adjusted to my liking. Would use him again anytime.

I needed a new water heater and these guys were not only polite, but efficient. They’re my first and last call from now on….

Erick was fantastic and worked on our heat pump and AC unit for hours in the cold. Fantastic dude, would recommend.

This company replaced my water heater. They were able to come out same day which was great since it was starting to leak. I called a number of other places that were booked for a week or more. The tech was super friendly and explained everything. They are competitively priced and assuming the invoice is close to the quote they will be my first call for plumbing going forward...very impressed!

Edit: the invoice came today and there were no surprises. Exactly what was quoted on the phone. Very satisfied and will be doing more business soon.

I manage the Lincoln Firefighter’s Reception Hall. When I called Action regarding an urgent plumbing issue they responded immediately. When their plumber Juan Cordova arrived he was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt in taking care of the issue. Thank you Juan and Action for your professionalism. Water heater stopped working. Called Action at 8:30 in the morning on a Friday and said they could have someone out between 1:00-3:30. The other 3 plumbing companies I called said the earliest appointments they had were Sunday, Monday or even Tuesday. Luckily, Austin even showed up 30 mins earlier than I was told. He inspected my water heater and told me that unfortunately I would be needing a new one. He gave me a reasonable quote for the new water heater, said that they had one in stock and could be installed the same day. Unfortunately, not by our choice, we didn't have Action install the water heater due to our home owners insurance. Austin totally understood this decision and didn’t make me feel as though I had wasted his time. I wish that we would have been allowed to us Action, and will absolutely use them for all of our future plumbing needs!
