I was most impressed with Juan’s knowledge and expertise. Connor and Juan were very polite, very friendly and customer service oriented!

Found myself in a tough spot Friday evening Christmas weekend. Below 0 outside and my furnace goes out. I was unable to reach my furnace guy. Gave Action a try. I have a friend who works there. Eric showed up and got the heat going again. No complaints.

I’ve used ACTION many times and have always been pleased with their skill and professionalism. Today they installed a new thermostat and provided excellent problem solving in order to get it done.

We use Action a lot for our rentals, always super professional and punctual. Jon was early and was able to get the repairs done really fast, we had a small circulation pump go bad and had it in and out in 30 min.

I truly enjoyed working with Action! It was very easy to set up an appointment, and they accommodated me when I wanted to reschedule. I worked with Sue to schedule my appointment and it was quick, simple, and to the point. I then had a tech, Jessie, come out and Sue was kind enough to let me know when he was on his way which was great with my work schedule. Jessie was quick, efficient, and very kind. I enjoyed utilizing them and will definitely be back for any future needs!
