Action Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical

I feel the need to comment because I just got off the phone with someone from Action. I had called at the end of last week requesting a quote for a dryer vent repair/rerouting. I had someone call me back this morning after the weekend. I, in no way, told them I was on a deadline to have this fixed and didn't say it was something that needed to be done right away. He asked what the issue was. I explained to him what I was looking to have done, which was just a quote for the repair or rerouting, whichever they felt was the best solution. His answer, "Well, we're pretty swamped. You better call someone else to get this taken care of." I was really surprised a business would even say something like that to a prospective customer. Clearly they don't need the business, so I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Very courteous and professional. They were a joy to have. Very helpful.

The water heater had very hot water just before the high limit switch would trip. Second time it did it was over this past weekend. Emailed on Tuesday and it was replaced on Wednesday. Very happy with the response time, communication and professional work. I'll continue to call them for any future needs. Thank you!

Pleasant to work with and all questions were answered. Mr. Haefner was a delight to have come to give the estimate on the new system. Options were discussed with perfect clarity. The technical crew were courteous, thoughtful and clean. We were apprised every step of the way. For such a large project, everything was easy and timely. I would recommend to everyone this company.

Action has been really easy to work with. We had 93 AC units installed in a new apartment complex I manage. Every-time we need anything she is super responsive to addressing anything I reach out about. Especially during these July / August heat waves when all HVAC services are swamped. Just wanted to highlight her work and the technicians I’ve personally encountered.

Jon did an amazing job repairing and diagnosing a pipe burst for our company. He then fixed a double sink while he was onsite at our request. Great customer service, professionalism and execution!

Installed a new water softener . They were very quick with a response on website . Came out the next day . Jon N was Efficient Clean and Explained Everything . No pressure to buy from them but willing to do it on the spot . They were in and out in an hour and a half. We are very happy with them and Jon N . There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews .
