Micah came to look at my AC Unit and had to work with my Home Warranty company, he was accommodating with that. He was also informative with me on what he was seeing and what the future process looked like. The dispatchers were amazing as well. I would recommend this company to everyone!

We were so impressed by Micah! We appreciated his positive and professional demeanor, his knowledge and skill. He took the time to explain each step and did a great job of getting our home back to cool and comfortable.

Chandler was great and very knowledgeable! He was quick to figure out our problem and we're very thankful he found it. He fixed it same day and at a very reasonable price! Luxury was also quick to get us in which we appreciate a ton!

Although we have had good experiences in the past with this company, I was not thrilled to have the tech begin the service by noting that the system was old and should be considered for replacement before even starting maintenance. The approach was unprofessional and came off pushy. I watched this tech closer than I would have just because of his comments prior to actually doing any servicing. I got the impression that he might "find" something wrong and try to strong arm the need for a repair.

Chandler was extremely friendly and professional. He kept us posted on what he was doing and did a great job!!! Service like that is hard to find!!!

Chandler worked hard to make it right- it took him all day because he fixed poor installation and worked efficiently but also knew when he needed another set of hands and eyes to help find the whole issue I appreciated his communication and professionalism
