We are preparing our rental house for sale and we thought we should have the furnace checked before hand, so I called Luxury Heating and Air. This company was prompt, efficient and did the job smoothly, effectively and affordably. Thankfully the furnace was in good shape, and I thank Luxury for helping me feel confident in that fact. I'd recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

We recently had a new property we were selling inspected by this company. They claimed the HVAC unit would not be adequate to heat and cool the home and recommended supplemental heating and cooling should be added. They also recommended heat and cooling should be added to the unfinished basement for $5,000 to $6,000. This is an inspection company designed to get business for there HVAC company. A complete conflict of interest. Would not recommend if you are buying or selling.

Update: We checked on the home when the temperature reached -26 as it was still vacant. The home was a toasty warm at 70 degrees including the basement.

Have used Cesar and his company many times for both myself and my clients and have been extremely happy with the service both for quality of work and price. I would recommend Luxury Heating and Air all my friends, family and clients.

Had them do our HVAC inspection. Found out we had an AC leak within a few days of living in our new house. They missed 2 huge corroded holes in our furnace drain line that were leaking. Caesar admitted his mistake with the drain line and said he would have someone come fix it but said I "bullied" him into doing anything about it? Found out a couple weeks later they didn't clean out the condensation pipe p trap. Had to pay a different company to do a job they were supposed to do. Caesar wouldn't do anything about it. Said they cleaned it out when it was obvious that they didn't. I've had nothing but trouble with Luxury Comfort Solutions. They have no idea what they are doing. Useless HVAC inspection and servicing. Caesar is a liar and doesn't care at all about his customers. Don't waste your money on this company like we did! Told my realtor not to use this company with any more of his clients. Dealing with Caesar has been a nightmare.

Les was easy to work with, and the installers did a great job. Even laid down sheeting so they didn't dirty up the carpet. Great value for the price!

Purchased a property which had a new HVAC unit that was installed by this company in Feb. I was experiencing issues with the AC unit. As the unit should be under warranty I called for assistance. After several phone calls explaining my problem to the lady that answered I was getting no response so I sought help else where. I did not expect immediate service, but I had hoped for a response and some interest in backing their work and product. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I've used them on multiple properties and they do good work. A new furnace that was very reasonable and done in the dead of winter lickety-split. Plus all the year round servicing. Highly recommend them
