The tech came out to look why we weren’t getting heat in all of our rooms and determined one of the rooms duct work must have become disconnected. He informed my husband there would just be a trip change which is understandable. It would have been nice if the tech would have informed us that it was going to be $120 just for him driving over and informing us of our problem.

Got an inspection for termites before buying a house and the termites were very obvious, but the inspection came back with no termites. After we found the termites under the water heater and behind the tub they told us that they have never seen a live termite before and said how are we suppose to know if you have them or not… they did not do their job and now will not compensate for anything. would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away they have no idea what they are doing.
