Aire Serv of Omaha

I've been an Aire Serv customer for over 5 years and have taken advantage of their annual maintenance plan. You will not go wrong working with them!! Reliable, on-time, considerate of my house and family.

Serviceman was very professional. He called ahead and arrived on time. He fully checked the cooling system and explained its operation in full. I've already recommended the excellent service provided to others.

Just purchased a house in the Omaha area. Our inspector identified an issue with the exterior AC pad being busted and not level. Through our real estate agent, Aire Serv was used to fix the pad. I kid you not, they used 2 bricks with what appeared to be wood shims and just leveled it; leaving the condenser unsupported and attached, making the unit unstable and easily able to tip over (I'd post pics if I could). It took calling around to their competitors to determine what the proper fix should have been; as Aire Serv couldn't understand what the issue was because: "it's level. If you put a level on it, is it not level?" The work (lack thereof) completed was for my home, at my request, making me a customer in extension. This could have easily delayed our closing due to unsatisfactory work performed and poor customer service by Aire Serv. Another company stepped up and corrected the issue. Would not recommend.

On time polite and knowledgeable young man took care of my heating problem.

My technician was Paul. I like to follow technicians around and ask questions. He was very patient and explained everything he did. He arrived on time, was very respectful, explained everything well and the cost didn't destroy my budget. I will absolutely call Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning again.

*UPDATE*
The day after our service, our entire house filled with gas and MUD had to be called. The MUD technician stated the Aire Serv technician messed up the gas valve causing gas to leak into our home. The valve needed to be replaced right then. I tried calling three times to have someone come fix it. No one called back. The MUD technician replaced the valve for us, thank God. I have been trying to call this company for three days now. How convenient that there's no one available to help me everytime I call. Now, it's Friday and the woman that answered the phone says MAYBE the owner will get to my call back on Monday. I'm so fed up with this company. I was going to go down to their office in person, but I can't find an address anywhere!

NEVER AGAIN! Called to have furnace looked at. Based on the "type of call" it was, they charged $58 more than what it should have. And the "office manager" has NO customer service skills and is the rudest person I've ever spoke to on the phone. I will never call this company again and will tell everyone that they shouldn't call either. TERRIBLE!

Our tech Tale was the same person that supported us last year. He identified a deep problem and helped negotiate with our home warranty company. Outstanding service!

My husband met up with the Hvac Tech at my son's house. He also is a Hvac Tech as well for OHA. Trying to explain to our son who is disabled it is his blood not the unit, my husband put in brand new unit 2 years ago. The Aireserv Techs worked covered everything from outside to inside in this heat in a crawl space. We appreciate there diligence in finding that there was nothing wrong with the unit itself which was a relief. They where on time very professional and knew what the issues where. It is refreshing not to be sold items you don't need to be replacing. Thank you!
