Completely disrespectful! They were the first contractor selected by my warranty company for my repair. They started calling me just after 8am the next morning, and then proceeded to call me 8 times in less than 2 hours and left 2 messages in that time frame saying to call them back if I needed the servicing (because apparently filling out a service ticket means I don't??). Anyway, they called back over 12 times by 2:30pm and with the last voicemail said I needed to call back and schedule an appointment before they closed at 4:30pm that day OR ELSE they would cancel my ticket assuming I didn't need anything. My day started at 7:15am and I worked straight until 6pm with meetings at lunch. I did not have a spare moment until 3:30pm to finally return their dozen calls. Then MELISSA was SO rude on the phone to me and had nothing but attitude. Instead of asking when would work for me after her first 3 pushy attempts to schedule me in their schedule didn't work for me, she kept sighing and getting frustrated. I ended up telling her that I clearly it wouldn't work out with them.
I called my warranty company who assigned a second contractor to me. Elite called me the next day only 2 times before noon, left 1 voicemail, and then were very pleasant on the phone and even tried to see if I even needed them by offering me tips to try out. They were also very accommodating schedulewise. I will use them for all my future HVAC needs both in and out of warranty.
Kevin and his technicians are always on time, professional and check the units thoroughly. They take their time, do not rush and believe in safety. The owner and technicians communicate clearly to you to make sure you understand exactly what is going on. In the fall, Aire Serv found a crack, took pictures and then (per home warranty company) I had to have another furnace company come out to confirm the crack. Anyway - the furnace company the warranty people hired - could not find the crack, so they ended up talking to Aire Serve and they finally found it. This should be enough evidence to you that Aire Serv is thorough and KNOW what they're doing. Prices are competitive. Aire Serv will not treat you wrong - I've been with them for five years and my husband double that time. We are strong believers in exceptional service and Aire Serv has it!

I've had Aire Serv do 3 different repairs on our aging AC. Each time I have thought they were going to recommend replacement of the whole system but each time they have been able to fix it. Even with the 3 individual fixes it has saved me a bunch of money. The response time is excellent and the individual staff are great.

They arrived when they promised, introduced themselves and stated they would do whatever it took as long as it took to get everything working perfectly. I got a full explanation of the service that was provided, the cause for the heating system not working. And the price was very reasonable and the follow up from the Air Serv staff was very nice and professional and something that a majority of companies don't do. I am very picky about how I spend my money and customer service is also a big part of who I chose to service my home and auto needs. Air Serv is the only company I will use for any heating or air conditioning needs that may occur.
Oh my goodness, I am so grateful for your company, and your Technician Andy. In about 1 hour he solved issues and restored cooling better than it ever was in our home. Prompt and polite service. Andy is very friendly and patient (I was juggling many children at the time), and very knowledgable. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan before he left! I ONLY want this company servicing my heat/ac unit.

We have been using Aire Serve for around a decade. We have a service technician, Paul, assigned to us, so he knows us, our HVAC system and our dog. We have a service contract with them and they give us great service. We always can rely on Paul and their scheduling service.
The scheduling was easy and professional. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. She presented me with options to fix my current problem and prevent future issues. As I considered my options, she explained the benefits vs. the cost. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone.
Recently came home to find NO HEAT and called Aire Serv who was able to squeeze me in right away, they sent Heather out and she was GREAT. She took her time and explained everything to me, found it only needed a board and she went to supply shop and got it ....right then... didn't have to wait for another appointment or anything. Myself and my family are grateful to Aire Serv and with this kind of treatment will never go anywhere else. First time experience and it was a great one. Highly recommend Aire Serv!!!
