Aire Serv of Omaha

Ridiculously expensive. My furnace wouldn't work so they came out to look at it for the $59 service fee. There was a fuse that had blown within the furnace which they easily replaced - which took all of 10 minutes. They charged $230 to 'restore power to the unit'. Total bill was $290. They tried to upsell me a new thermostat for $440 (which he could get me a great deal on for $390) and a 'membership' for $150 to waive service fee calls for a year. Needless to say, I passed on the thermostat, the membership, and any future business with them.

Aire Serv took amazing care of us. We have a 2-10 home warranty and our warranty company scheduled them to call us on Friday, January 30th. Our funace was starting to make some really bad sounds, but it was still running and heating the home.

They scheduled an appt. for Tuesday the following week. They came out and diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. Our furnace was continuing to run. We were emailed that the parts were eta'd. I called about those ( I had already written the furnace fan's obituary at this point) and was told they would get us in as soon as possible.

The noise got worse and Thursday morning it died, pumping a burning smell through the vents. I have 4 month old twins, that I was not comfortable having in the house. I called Aire Serv and spoke with Melisa. Keep in mind I had contacted them a few times prior to this and was probably to the point of annoying her. She was still professional and polite and even got us moved up into that same day.

They have to take care of all their clients and take care of their workers. When my situation went from nuisance to emegency, they changed how we were prioritized.

Jay, the technician, even came back in the evening to re-program my thermostat. I really don't know what more I could have asked for/expected.

Justice at AireServ has done a wonderful job with my furnace and air conditioner that was troublesome in the past. He’s got it up and running efficiently for me at what I feel is a very reasonable cost! AireServ has my recommendation!

Way overpriced. Don't let this company replace any parts for you. They'll charge quadruple the cost of the part. Sloppy work as well. On top of that, I call their office multiple times to speak with the owner and was assured I would get a call back. Of course, no call back. Never again.

Leann helped us today. She was very knowledgeable and broken down the terminology very well while providing sound options for our situation. Very personable and professional at the same time.

I was told by a technician from Aire Serv that there were cracks in all three chambers, and all three cracks had leaks which were evident from water tests that she did. She showed me the pictures and it seemed legit. She then turned off our furnace due to possibility of carbon monoxide leak, so I thought, okay, seems legit.

Well, the insurance company wanted a second opinion (while all this was going on, Aire Serv had already pushed me into scheduling for an install, and even signed up for their payment plan with a bank they work with). The other company came in, and told me that I was pretty much conned.

He saw no cracks in the three chambers, but one chamber was completely warped. In order to do a leak test, you had to take the furnace out completely, and fill it with water. He did so, and there were no leaks.

I trusted Aire Serv because I had used them a year ago when the AC was out. They installed a door, and I have worked with them since. Due to their actions, my whole family and I were without heat for three days! I live in a snowy climate, and it was cold because it IS cold here. One of the days the heat was out, the temp out was freezing. What happened in my situation was shady. They used a scare tactic to try and get me to purchase a completely new furnace, and it almost worked!

Loved my experience with AireServ. Awesome communication and a visit within an hour of calling them. Justice was an awesome tech that took time to explain everything! Thank you!

Called twice to get somebody out to our home. The technician told us he was too busy to come out but that he would call us whenever he finished his last round. Never received a call and will not return our calls
They quoted us 100 for a "consultation" for a new unit. Not worth it. Avoid this company.

They are unreliable and ridiculously expensive. My tenant's heat and air went out yesterday afternoon so I scheduled a time this morning to fix it and they didn't show up and had no record of me calling. My tenant's place is freezing and they don't even offer a discount for their misdoings. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
