    From start to finish this company is incredible! Our air conditioner went out and we spent the night in 80 plus degree heat but the next day I talked Melissa at Aire Serv. She was so professional and told me they were so busy I might have to wait a day or two. She was empathetic to our situation and called later in the day and would have a tech out right away. This kind of caring and service is rare but Melissa and Aire Serv has those characteristics in bundles!
    All I can say is Thank You and if you need help with your air conditioning, call Aire Serv and no one else.

    Greg, our technician arrived on time and spent all the time needed to diagnose the problem with the air conditioner. He then gave us several options, explaining them thoroughly after installation, Greg took the time to explain what he’d done , and showed us how to install the new air filters when they needed replaced. AireServe has given us great value for the money.

    I had exceptional service from Aire Serv!!! As an elderly person, with no heat in a day when the temperature was -0-, this company came the same day, on time, and resolved the issue. Next day I had no heat again! Zach, my service tech couldn’t have been nicer. He spent a great deal of time until he found the problem with the furnace. It needed replaced and they were able to install the new furnace early the next morning. I was able to stay in the house with a space heater the entire time. I was so very impressed with the service, the hard work and kindness of the technicians, and the way the entire process was made very easy for me to accommodate to. I also had them install a new humidifier for me!! Would use them again in a heartbeat!!

    My AC went out and the initial response was relativity quick. They were out to respond in about a week. The tech said it'd be a quick fix. 5 hours later he said the entire unit needs replaced. My Warranty covered it so no problem. He said as soon as they received the part he would call me and be right over to install it. Well, 4 weeks later someone else calls me to schedule my install. Turns out they had my unit for a week and just hadn't got around to it yet. They schedule me for the following Tuesdsy at 2pm. Tuesday rolls around and the tech doesn't show. I finally call at 4pm. They say the tech is an hour away. I call again at 6 pm. The tech says he's finishing a job and is a hour away. 8pm rolls around and he text me saying he doesn't have time and says I'll have to wait until Saturday. After getting irritated and a little rude he says he will come install it Wednesday. He shows up Wednesday at 7pm and stays until 10:30pm! After leaving he texts saying he is missing a part and needs to come back tomorrow. Well tomorrow rolls around and guess who doesn't show up. Finally he shows up SATURDAY and finishes the install. He said he still needs to install some pipe, but he was bringing that by "tomorrow" a week ago. A month and a half in the summer with no AC. Horrific scheduling. Will never work with this company again. Strongly advise avoiding them.

    AC went out last night, called my home warranty and they sent me these guys in the AM. I called that morning and was booked 4 days out. Luckily someone canceled so they called me and got me in the same day. Repair took 30 min, they answered my questions about the unit and upgrades , very nice and organized. I will be calling them again for a 2 zone system

    Exceptionally knowledgeable and professional technicians. Vlad and crew paid attention to every little detail and the installation of my furnace was superb. I would absolutely recommend them for any installation needs. As per usual with this company, I was truly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and honesty. Unbeknownst to me, I dropped a twenty dollar bill in my garage when I retrieved my phone from my pocket and Vlad found it and brought it inside to me. That type of honesty in isolation should be commended and says a great deal about his character. Everyone I've encountered employed with this company emulates those type of traits and they should be the first call you make if you are in need of service.

    I'll be honest, I don't usually take the time to fill out service reviews, but my experience with Air Serve of Omaha has been stellar and consistent in every aspect and I felt compelled to share. They are the only choice for me for all my scheduled hvac maintenance needs and I recommend you give them a try.

    My A/C until wasn’t cooling the house, so I went through AHS and it said aire Serv will come out to repair. Before knowing that they will call me I called them, explained the issue and stated I think I need refrigerant. The guy on the phone was so nice. He walked me through how to find out what kind I needed because I wanted to see about how much it would cost. He said if I have R22 it’s $182 a pound and if I have 410a it’s $70 a pound. Then he let me know the service call was $250 to come out. That’s when I told him I had AHS. He let me know they handle those calls at certain times and someone from the office will call me back.
    Monday rolls around I finally get my appointment the technician comes out, plugs that device up and says I just need the unit cleaned it’s filled with lent. I let him know I thought it was because of the refrigerant he said no it just needs to be cleaned. Cleaning isn’t covered for AHS so I paid out of pocket. But They also charged AHS. The same receipt they sent me they sent AHS. Which I don’t get because cleaning isn’t covered and I paid out of pocket. I leave the house for 10 hours come back and the AC is still no cooling my house. So I have to call them again. The next guy plugs the device up to get the readings and says my refrigerant levels are low, I need refrigerant. He says don’t you have AHS, they cover $10 and refrigerant for your unit is $140 a pound. So I told him I spoke with someone and it was only $70. Then he goes I do see the price for $70 I can give it to you for $70.
    I said all this to say, this company is shady and they are double dipping they are raising the prices for people that have AHS. I also called American Home shield to file a complaint.

    First off, the person in the office was very nice, set me up with a appointment quickly. Monday afternoon they were at my house. The service technician (Jeff) was very nice and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired in about an hour. Can’t ask for better service than that. I will definitely have Aire Serv on speed dial.
