    I called for an estimate on a job, the estimator showed up took measurements and told me he would email me a price to do the work. The estimate never came so I called the office and the office person told me they would get in touch with the guy that was supposed to email me the estimate. I never heard back from anyone, wasted my time, will never recommend this company to anyone.

    Our heater went out in the middle of January , while others put us off Getzschman was "Johnny on the spot" came and assessed the problem one day and installed complete new Heat and A/C the very next day !! I was impressed by their speed and professionalism.

    I was shocked that they installed our new furnace and air and did not come back and set the furnace. We moved in in February and we thought we were good to go. In May we tried to turn the air conditioning on and it did not work. I called Getzschmans and spoke to Fred. He pulled out file and looked up the model of thermostat we had installed. He told us how to program the air. The fan ran but no cooling. I called back and it turns out the did not schedule us to have the controls set on the furnace or the air unit. They do get four and a half stars because they responded and we are now up and running but I was shocked that they would leave us running the furnace this winter with out setting up the controls in the furnace.

    Our furnace started acting up so we called Getzschman and they had a tech to our home within a couple hours. It was a pressure switch that was clogged which they found and repaired in minutes. The tech was friendly and professional and we'll definitely use them again.

    David was excellent. He was considerate and respectful, wearing protective coverings on his shoes, wearing a mask during this pandemic. He informed me of everything he was doing. I asked him about replacing the old plastic tubing from the air conditioner and furnace that was brittle and dirty. He made a special trip to find the right size, and came back to replace it; telling me that it was part of the maintenance.

    Just curious why no one else has ever mentioned this to me i all the years I have been having Getzschman service my HVAC.

    I had heard about Getzschmans through the radio. I also had a friend that was happy with the work they did. Every employee we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable leaving our home while they were installing our new air conditioner.
