Jusy surprised that the technician did not wear a mask, entering multiple homes I would think they would be courteous & voluntarily do this, for their safety as well as customers.
Otherwise Getzchman has always been very satisfactory with their service. I originally mentioned a billing issue, they have responded & generously offered a solution that will resolve the issue & explained our misunderstanding of the yearly service agreement. They definitely put the customer satisfaction first, highly recommend, just encourage to always address any questions you have with them.

Great service. Used them exclusively for last 28 years. Prompt service, 24/7. Quality of work is top shelf. When your furnace goes out at midnight in a cold, cold winter - you'll be glad you have them. Happened to me and they were there in 90 minutes!

Even though I called at a busy time, a tech had an opening and they got too me earlier than expected. The tech that looked at my AC units was polite and knowlegible. My issue was resolved quickly and honestly. I had tried to replace a bad fan motor myself. I was right on the fan but missed additional blown fuses and wired wrong. I was fixed and charged a minimal rate. I highly recommend Getzschman. They will be my heating and AC from now on

Fast, efficient, and professional service. The technician was very professional and in and out in no time! I called in the morning and had an appointment scheduled for later that afternoon. I would recommend Getzschman to anyone in need of heating and a/c services.

The technician was actually early for our appointment and did a very thorough checkup on our furnace and air conditioner. We are ready for the summer with peace of mind that our house will stay cool all season long. He also took a look at our 4 season unit in our sunroom that Getzschman installed a couple of year ago, we have been very pleased with the way that it keeps us comfortable all year around.

Our technician Brian was great! So friendly and explained everything to us. Even when calling to schedule the appointment the gal was so nice. Definitely will be using them for any future maintenance/repairs!

Their service men were prompt, curtious and knowledgeable. They took great care to assure that my home stayed clean and that they did not track in any soil or wet from outside by using their booties. When I encountered a problem connecting my new Wi-Fi thermostat to my phone he took extra time to help me out. He even let the Honeywell tech support call back on his phone as mine needed to be in Airplane mode to complete to connection process. Then later 2 other service men returned to pull out and service a heavy wall unit and were very careful not to bump or scratch anything while carrying it outside.
I was very happy with the job and the rate was quite fair.
