Worst business ever. You practically have to Beg them to give them work! First off, We are a business. Called them several times to come out here and give me a quote on a "New" System, as our old one is reaching its end of life and it can no longer keep up in those extremely hot and humid summers. They took weeks to respond. They would have never responded if I had not been nagging at them to do so. Their “Tech” shows up, dos not even get a ladder out, to check our outdoor unit in the roof. I had to use my own time and equipment to help this guy out. All the while he has the attitude of “I don’t want to be here, but have to since you won’t stop calling”. The tech leaves, says he someone will get back to us with a price quote. Weeks pass and nothing, no phone call, no email, no response. I find it unbelievable that even though I told their sales rep on the phone that we were for sure going to replace our system in the “Fall”, and I just needed a set price so that we could be ready for that expense, they never cared enough. So now I’m wondering, is it just me that had a bad experience? What a terrible way to treat a for sure customer! Shame on YOU, because we are replacing our unit and going with someone else whom actually “values” our business.
I can't say enough good things about Getzschman. Efficient, superior training, and amazing customer service are at the top of my list. I've had other companies before and I was always disappointed. Getzschman earned all my future business. They literally exceed my expectations and that's difficult to do. Thank you so much!!!
I found out at about 1:30 a.m. last night that our compressor unit was no longer working on our A/C. I called Getzschman at 7:00 a.m. and they were able to fit us into their schedule this afternoon. The tech showed up and immediately found out that a mouse chose to dine on a power contact. He had the unit up and running within a half hour! I’m not too well versed on A/C operations, and going in, I was prepared to have to replace the A/C and furnace since the unit is 17 years old. The tech said all we needed to do was replace the contact, and hopefully we can still get a few more years out of the old unit. It’s great to see a company that works honestly. I will always recommend Getzschman!
Everything about this service experience was EXCELLENT! From the initial call with a friendly staff member handling the phone call, followed by the EXTREMLY expedient arrival of the VERY helpful and knowledgeable staff completing the repair, to the last step with payment of the reasonably priced bill! We will definitely always go with Getzschman! Getzschman Gets The Job Done!
Jim was truly amazing. We shared our concerns and he took the time to TEACH us. We had no idea about the wrong filter size, the dampers, and air flow. Amazing professionalism and a great person. Thanks, Jim.
The quality of the equipment, the professional installation and follow up are unmatched! Follow up for Spring was just a phone call away. Josh, the tech was professional, courteous, quick but through. Great company to have as a heating and air conditioning partner!
Tim was very thorough and resolved my date and time change mystery. My maintenance check was completed and he informed me of work completed and asked if I had questions before leaving.
While I’m waiting to get my system replaced, they sent a tech out to recharge the refrigerant in my ac, so I can have ac until my new ac is installed. They did this free of charge. Awesome customer service. 5/5, will definitely recommend!
The G-Force technician checked my AC system thoroughly and even corrected a couple of things that other techs overlooked. He was friendly and professional, even offering suggestions on ways to operate my hyacinth system. I highly recommend them.
First my AC started acting up, then my heater. Getzschman came and replaced both. The work was very affordable and done quickly. When I had an issue a few months later, on a Sunday, they were there within an hour. The tech found out a fuse was blown. He didn't have one with him, it's an odd one. He drove into Omaha from Gretna, fixed it, and we had heat again within 2 hours of his arrival. I should also mention I have a 100+lbs pitbull that does not like most men. He took the time to become friendly with Shadow and Getzschmans made sure the same tech came on future maintenance visits. They are a wonderful company and have courteous trustworthy employees.
