Getzschman Heating and Air Conditioning

We had a great experience working with these guys. They installed a new heating system for us and the technician who came out was very professional and thorough. He showed up when he said he would and did a good job with the installation.

This morning when I woke up our house was in the low 60s despite hearing the furnace running. Upon further inspection I noticed it was short cycling. I called a left a message before hours with Getzschman. In 5 minutes a technician called me and had me do a simple fix that corrected the problem. The furnace began running properly and in 20 minutes was at the set temperature. Prompt, excellent service like that is why I am a customer and recommend Getzschman to my family and friends.

We decided to replace our whole system when our 14 year old AC unit developed a leaky coil. We were interested in trying a heat pump since we are on propane for heat in the winter and wanted to reduce our usage since the cost of propane can swing wildly from year to year. We have had the system for several weeks and so far are very happy. The installation was done very well and the follow up commissioning of the system was done recently to make sure it was running at peak efficiency for our home.

Good maintenance service. Fast response for service when heating or AC has problems. I went with Getzschman after I found out that another HVAC contractor had improperly installed a new furnace. They corrected the installation. Furnace and AC have been running fine every since.

Great service. Hector Diaz the technician was on time and was very thorough in his efforts. He took extra steps to perform the work to a very high standard and overall did a great job in a timely fashion. He is to be commended.

I love this place/these guys. They're always friendly, on time, courteous, and time efficient. No BS. And that's just for routine checkups!

Got an A/C unit from them a couple years ago and it is fantastic. Seriously, it works better than any unit I've ever had in any house I've ever lived in.

Great service. Very honest. I am always nervous of calling a service company of any kind that I haven't dealt with before because of past experiences with them "finding" things to fix and charge me for that really weren't there. This company does NOT do that. My furnace was not producing any heat at all and they could've tried to sell me on any number of things being wrong with it. But the tech cleaned everything and it started working just fine and he couldn't make it fail again. He told me it could possibly have been air pressure from outside but he really wasn't sure since it was working fine now. All I paid for was the service call. And it has been working fine since. Thank you VERY much to the tech that came out to my house and to the company in general for having integrity. Keep it up! I hope I don't need HVAC service again, but if I do I'm calling Getzchman.

They were great! The technician showed up on time, was courteous, and professional. He was very knowledgeable, took his time answering any questions I had and did a superb job overall.

The tech that came to the house is Pat, he checked out the furnace, heat pump and thermostat. After he verified all was working he got down to locating the problem with my ac unit. The A coil above the furnace blower is leaking and needs to be replaced. Not what I wanted to hear, looking back I've had the unit charged and no tech said anything about finding a leak. We have scheduled the service and I am looking forward to having a working heat pump AC unit for the winter. Based on my first contact and explanation of what needs to be done and estimate provided, I made the right choice. Call them you can't go wrong.

Just had the G Force team out to the house my AC quit working just what I needed.
Tech arrived at the time i was given, it was the capacitor that had bit the dust.
Not as bad as I feared, he noticed that I have a box from OPPD that regulates my units according to demand
It was wired in wrong and had the heat pump run for 5 minutes before switching to cooling.
Glad i use them, they'll be the only company i can recommend in the metro.

I called Getzschman as a second opinion reference. They came right out and their quote was much more reasonable. They even helped me locate financing. Putting a new system in my house was a but problematic due to my immune issues. They were totally professional.
