Getzschman Heating and Air Conditioning

Josh, our technician is amazing! He is pleasant, courteous and efficient. Unfortunately, our AC broke down just 4 weeks after his first service call. Even though it was a completely different problem, he did not charge us a second service call. We have used Getzschman Heating and AC for over 10 years and will continue to do so. Thank you, Josh!

Best service call ever, and we've had a few. The technician was courteous and professional, fast and fair. The rate was very good for the level of service we received. And they support the radio programs that I listen to, as well. We will always use Getzschman.

I did not think it possible to have a better Getzschman technician experience, but Nick who did my AC checkup, was absolutely exceptional! Nick has a great customer relations mannerisms and his thoroughness in cleaning the interior of the blower/electronic area was the best I've ever observed.

I would however, suggest a better Getzschman cellular service provider. Nick's tablet really struggled in getting his service report filed from the basement.

I would prefer Nick be assigned to all my future service visits!

We had a contract with another company when AC quit on a very hot holiday weekend. They could not tell us when someone could come to fix it but sounded like it could be days. Called around and got quick response from G Force. Jimmy arrived shortly after call and had problem fixed quickly. Very good service and cost a lot less than I had imagined it would on a weekend. Jimmy was fast, professional and personable. Very pleased as it would have been a miserable weekend otherwise. Did an annual maintenance contract while he was here. Will continue to use Getzschmanns.

Always polite, knowledgeable and professional from calling in to finishing with maintenance. They answer your questions and tell you what they will do and are doing and wear booties to protect your house. I highly recommend them for new service, maintenance and repair. Their trained office professionals can answer your questions and allay any fears you have of using their service. I will always use Getzschman. This is not a paid review! Pamela

Pat came out on short notice on a Saturday and did a great job for us. Even though we weren’t able to get the issue resolved that day, he was professional polite and excellent at his job. Would certainly call them again.

The G-Force team is awesome. The technician was on-time, friendly and clearly knew his craft. He even gave me a few tips for operating my system. Great product and great service- 100% satisfied.

My AC compasitor went out at 10:00 at night. I called got quick response back that they would be able to come and fix the problem that night. Showed up at 11:45 too all of 5 mins to fix the problem and he said I'll mail you the bill. Super nice friendly from starting work at 7am and still working. Thanks again.....it's service like this that I like using getzschman and will continue to do so.

I've had a maintenance contract with Getzschman for a few years now. I love that they call to schedule appts so I don't have to remember to do so every 6 months. The technicians (most recently Nathan) who come out to perform the maintenance are very professional, courteous and timely. I recently had my AC go out and let with Corey to get a quote for a new unit. He was professional, thoroughly explained my options and was not pushy!

Our service technician, Pat, was patient, informative and professional. He took the time to go the extra mile with every aspect of my appointment. He made the expietence an enjoyable one. Second to none by far!
