I don't usually write reviews for anyone but Getzschman's service was outstanding. They installed the furnace on time as promised and were very polite. They even came back a few days later to make sure everything was in working order. Now that's what I call customer service.

Well, we'll let you know if we are satisfied or not in a month or so. As your records will show, a couple of years ago, we were gone for a couple of months and our heating bill was very, very high. After consulting with you, we had you install a new heating unit, and they also informed us that we needed to change the air intake, etc. This seemed to help, but now we are gone again, and just received our heating bill for the dates, Dec 26 to Jan 26. It was very high even though we have the thermostat set at about 52 degrees. We get our mail forwarded to us and we get it quite late. We are hoping that this bill is due to extremely cold weather and that our next bill will be greatly reduced. We will be back home in the middle of March and will then see what happens.
The technicians were thorough, clean and took time to explain everything at the end. As a stay at home mom I felt safe while they were around and the kids loved watching them tinker with air conditioning unit outside.
